Sch 'A' PART-II (STP)

Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of sewage treatment plant(STP) based on principle of of aerobic attached growth non clogging randomely moving Bed Bio-reacter (MBBR) (FLuidized Aerobivc bed /Fluidized media reacter having capacity process sewage treatment plant having capacity of 1200 cum/day near old butchery in Delhi Cantt including all civil, electrical, mechnical control and instrumation work including tapping of existing sewage passing nearby to site of STP, laying of sewage line and sewage sump well with raw sewage pumps and other allied equipments as under for STP as per OEM to achive the parameter as mentioned in Appendix-I to BOQ. Please note the that Appendix 'A' to BOQ Annexure-I & Anneuxre-II is part of BOQ for all purpose

M & L for street light brackets made out of upto 50mm bore GI pipe, medium grede, 1.5M long, bend to shape and including suitable MS clamps made out of 40 x 6mm flat iron, necessary bolts, nuts, washers etc complete and painting the bracket and clamps with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide Zinc chromate primer all as specified and directed.

S & F for PVC weather proof, hinged door, junction box with, 240V, Neutral link, of size 205 x 255 x 112mm, three phase connector and 1No MCB SP of 6 Amps, necessary fixing arrangement such as clamps, nut, bolts, etc specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Automatic Light Timer switch with Nature switch Cat No. SWADEEP-02EC12KW3P, infra ray sensor with pre sawn switching off timer, 4-8 hrs, of Maximum load capacity of 4KW per phase. Degree of protection conforms to IP 65 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 2 coat of aluminium painting over a coat of red oxide to steel surfaces of HT/LT pcc pole or MS 2/4pole sturcture (Angle Iron/MS channel /MS clamp etc) including preparation of old surface complete all as specified.

M&L for MS pipe header 250mm dia size 6.3mm thick 6.1 mtr length with flanged ends closed with end plates not less than 20 mm thick fixed with and including provision of 1 incoming and 6 outgoing connection of with flanged end including painting with two coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

Supplying , laying , jointing, welding and testing MS Pipe (Heavy class 'C') IS : 1239/3589, of sizes 150 mm laid in trenches or in Horizontal / Vertical / inclined position for connections suction, header and connected to out going water main CI/DI pipe line. Note:- MS Flanges incl fabrication work will be measured and paid separately.

Supplying and fixing, MS flanges of size 150 mm bore bore not less than 16 mm thick duly welded on ends of MS pipe including rubber or fibre board gasket including nuts, bolts and washers all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing, MS flanges of size 100 mm bore bore not less than 16 mm thick duly welded on ends of MS pipe including rubber or fibre board gasket including nuts, bolts and washers all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing jointing, and testing CI butterfly valves size 50 mm bore, PN 1.0 of ISI mark confirming to IS 13095 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of flanged ends Water Meter woltman type, of size 100 mm including testing and making good connection with flanged ends, with gasket rubber sheet and nut & bolts etc ISI Marked fixing in horizontal/incline/vertical position, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of flanged ends strainer/dirt box, of size 100 mm with stainless steel mesh suitable for water meter for potable water supplies on up stream of water meter to avoid foreign material entering into meter complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and installation of flanged ends Water Meter woltman type, of size 150 mm including testing and making good connection with flanged ends, with gasket rubber sheet and nut & bolts etc ISI Marked fixing in horizontal/incline/vertical position,complete all as specified and as directed.

Thick, 23 cm tick wall in CM (1:4), 10mm tick rendering all around the brick work with 1:6 cement mortar, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping with 20mm graded aggregate for grouting MS frame including 3mm tick MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50mm pad lock with double key angle iron including painting of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primers including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surpuls soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs completed all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint as on pipe surface/header connection including preparation of surfaces by scratching and removing the rust, applying one coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Bib tap of PTMT, any tint, high pressure screwed for made/Female threaded for pipe of size 15mm bore

Supply and fixing one electric pumpset with horizontal split casing pump coupled with 30 HP 1500 RPM electric motor mounted on base frame with coupling and guard delivering 2500 LPM @ 30 meter head inclusive of pressure gauge and PCC foundation all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply, fixing, jointing & testing Cast Iron Sluice Valve of following sizes mm bore , ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.0, PD Short body, confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Supply and fixing jointing and testing of cast iron Non return valve without by pass arrangment swing type confirming to IS 5312 flanged ends pressure rating PN 1.0 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Flanged joints complete with rubber jointing materail shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item

Manning and Operation of Sewage treatment plant(Butchery area) having capacity 1200 Cubic meter/day installed under item No 1.00 of BOQ under Sch 'A' BOQ-2 during defect liability peroid for the duration of 24 hours in 03 (Three) shifts ie. For Ist Shift from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs, IInd shift from 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs and IIIrd shift from 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs per day (with deploying one well experienced operator in each shift) for Ist year from next date of certified date of completion of phase-II, complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No. 1 above but for 2nd year

All as per item No. 1 above but for 3rd year including comprehensive maintenance after defect liability peroid.

All as per item No. 1 above but for 4th year including comprehensive maintenance after defect liability peroid.

Note for item No 1 to 5 above : (i) Water and Electric required for operation of plant shall be provided free of cost by the Department. (ii) All Consumable such as Sodium Hypochlorite and any other chemical required, compressure oil and grease etc required for operation of plant shall be provided by contractor at his own cost as per the manufacturer's instruction and direction of GE during the period of manning & Operation, cost of the same shall be deemed included in the unit rates quoted by contractor. (iii) Please ensure that all trade men engaged in subject work covered in EPF scheme. Proper doc should be maintained in this regard and submitted alongwith each payment. (iv) The expense incurred due to insurance and EPF scheme for the staff deployed by the contractor for manning & operation shall also be deemed included in the quoted rates of BoQ. Nothing extra shall be admissible in this account. (v) Contractor’s quoted rate shall be deemed to include removal of dried sludge and its disposal outside MD land during the M&O period as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) Testing of of incoming sewage and treated sewage shall be done by the contractor from any Govt. approved lab as approved by GE on a monthly basis during the M&O period and test report shall be submitted to GE. Contractor’s quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the same. (vii) In case contractor fails to employ the duty personnel in any of the shift, he shall be liable to bear the recovery @ Rs 1500/- per shift and No payment shall be made for that shift.
