Providing and Fixing of stainlesssteel railling made out of 16SWG sheet stainlesssteel (A1,S1304grade) having hand rail 50 mm dia at two levels on height 750mm and 900mm in horizontal place and vertical part should be at a distance of 300mm i.e. one very tread of step fixing with M.S. Bolt with cap 150mmX16mm & 6mm locking system complete in all respect as per drawings and design provided by engineer in charge.

Providing and Laying Tactile tile (for vision impaired persons is standard of size 300 x 300 x 20mm and confirming to IS 1231 of 1980 ( RO affirmed in 2006) in all colours and shade resistence and DIN51099 for colour fastness etc. laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Course Sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixer) will matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of 6mm thick Exterior grade Panels of standard size with both side decor. Panels high pressure laminates (HPL). The installation of Exterior grade panels has to be done stress free with rivets by fixed and Sliding points on Aluminium Box section of 38x25 thick and 63x25 thick. The support profile are help by Wind load and Dead load MS Galvanized brackets. For the fixation of the brackets to the substructure use standard anchor fasteners along with thermal separator.complete in all respect inclusive of scaffolding.As directed by Engineer incharge

Add extra for using 6mm thick frosted Glass Instead of 6mm thick Plain float glass in UPVC windows.

Supplying and fixing of Roller Blinds using synthetic 100% polyster fabric, weight 310 g/Sqm., fabric thickness 0.45mm, Light Fastness 4 Grade, width 2.20 mtr., Acrylic coating resistent to cracking & Fraying, conditionally cleanable with damp cloth, in all colours/black out with both end rods & operating sting and all hardwares to open / close the blind complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
