Removing and scraping of old deteriorated plaster of any thickness fromm wall / R.C.C member including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable from site of work with all lead and lift

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on Rough (Similar)side of single or half brick walls for interior plastering upto floor two level and finished even and smooth in (iii) Cement mortar 1:6 (1-cement:6-sand)

Applying two coats of Birla or Asian (or equivalent) acrylic lapy ( putty) & two coats of primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Dismentaling tiled of stone floors laid in mortar including stacking of serviceable materilas and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing stone cladding 25 mm thick at wall, dedo and pillar laid on 10 mm thick cements mortar 1:3 (1- cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing Bison Board (size 1200m x 1200m x 8m) ceiling lining with butt jointing including nutt bolts & screws etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying controlled cement concrete M250 and curing complete excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in (A) Foundations, footings, Base of columns and Mass concrete.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick shutters for Doors, windows and clearstory windows including blackenamelled M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws. (A) Indian teak wood. (i) Fully Panelled.

Providing and laying Kota stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 30mm thick stone slab over 35mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-Charge.

Providing TMT Bar FE 500/500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level

Providing and applying anticarrasive treatment with polymer base materials to the steel rainfarcement including descaling the dust and applying the preventive coating of approved make (for the R.C.C. structures near coastal area only) etc complete.

Filling in foundation and plinth with brick Bats Chhara in layers of 20cm. thickness including watering, remming and consolidating etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of 3 mm fibre sheet of Approval make and approved colours for weather shed cutting fixing in position as per site condition and approved design etc complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

G.I. pipes work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc complete.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface an even shade including cleanicn the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Painting one coats (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surface with enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Water proofing Treatment on Terrace of building using water proofing chemical (Asian Damp proofing or equivalent) with Primer coat : Forced coverage of 5.5 m2/L (coat & water proof coating : Forced coverage of 1.8 m2/L (Coat as per manufacture specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
