Part (B)- Erection Work

Survey including preparation of schedule of materials, marking of locations (Router Length). GPS Survey of line with co-ordinates of each tower (The length of line shall be authenticated by GPS Survey).

Cost of excavation of 132 KV tower foundation pits including all earth work backfilling levelling etc.

Setting of Nuts including all foundation work but encluding the cost of concerting excavation (Rate per Location) for following towers.

132 KV DC Panther

Cost of concreting of all type of tower foundation including cost of cement, dewatering , shoring and shuttering, forming, curring cube test but excluding cost of reinforcement bars.

1:2:4 concreting.

Erection of superstructure of 132 KV DC Tower and anchor tower and their extension wherever required including all work above ground level excluding hosting in insulators hardware & Accessories,but including fitting of danger number, phase plates, bird guard and fixing & punching for 132 KV SC/DC lines.

Tack welding of all the bolts up to the height of one section of the tower or 5 meter from ground level whichever is higher with three tacks at 1200 seperation of minimum 10 mm thickness with 10mm/12mm electrode & application of zine rich alluminium paint of the affected surface including cost of all material including tack welding of river crossing tower & Anchor Towers.

Installation of steel reinforcement bars m RCC Foundation including cost of steel reinforcement bars with cutting bending placing dinding etc.

Laying, Stringing tensioning, clamping jointing etc. of ACSR Panther conductor including hoisting of insulators, fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. fitting armor rods vibration dampers etc. on all three phase of 132 KV SC Lines.

Laying, Stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing including fitting of all necessary Hardware and accessories including Joint Box of OPGW Fiber Optic Cable & testing etc on 132 KV & 220 KV Lines.

Grounding work including earthwork etc. pipe type grounding including cost of cake & salt.

Dismantalling work.

De-Stringing of conductor, disc insulator, rolling of Dismantle conductor and all associated work of all Three conductor

Dismantling of existing OPGW necessary hardware, Rerolling of earthwire on empty drum & safety transportation of all removed materials to store of 132 KV Sub-Station, Rudhauli.

Dismantling of Towers, stacking of tower part and all associated work . Including measurement of tower weight on nearest dharmkata and providing of its measurement report.

Anchoring by providing of back stay on cross arm of 132 kv bast-Rudhauli line at tower location No-67 and 68 before removal of old conductor including suitable fixing of stay rod by making CC foundation and removal there of after completion of work (01 job per stay)

Transportation of dismantaled material like tower parts, conductor, fitting etc. including shifting up to loading point, loading into vehicle, transportation, and unloading at Store of 132 KV Rudhauli substation.
