Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring, 20-25mm thick, laid over 20mm thick cement screed base in (1:6) laid and jointed in neat with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring , 20-25mm thick, in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 15 mm thick cement mortar in (1:4) laid and jointed in neat with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non-skid,coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick, (square or rectangular or in joint less) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, laid in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directred.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450 x 350 x 7mm thick colour and design (as approved) in vertical surface etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directred.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic coloured light shade tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, laid in floors and dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directred.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and any height not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel, fiber, polycarbonate or any type of sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering etc at any height complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.60mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws above 10 m height and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint on both side of sheets over one coat of zinc primer (Shade of paint shall be in approved camouflaged pattern on one side and plain colour pattern at other side of sheet) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rope of mesh should be Weather proofing UV stablized and chemically insert, and achieve twine breaking strength of 16 Kgf minimum, and mesh breaking strength of 12 Kgf and knot breaking strength of minimum 23 Kgf minimum per yarn having a melting point more than 250 degree C of any colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge. Hight/ Width of the netting will be at 8 to 12 mtr including hanging and tightening arrangement and to be finished without any undulation all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 5 mm thick EPU floor coating system including surface preparation by clearing from dust, muck, moisture & all foreign material and cleaned by mechanical scrubber/ grinder, chemical treatment for oil if required followed by application of primer which shall be a two component, solvent free, epoxy polyamido amine system having a volumetric ratio of mixing of 1 : 1 to yield a thickness of 100 microns then providing and applying the screed layer of minimum thickness of 2800 microns. The self levelling screed shall consist of a low viscous epoxy-amine cured system and graded aggregates (Special Silica). The epoxy system shall have a volumetric ratio of mixing of resin in 2: 1 ratio. The aggregates shall be added on the rate of 1: 3 or 1: 3.5 over that, copper tape, then conductive coat of Aquoxy ESD to be applied to a volumetric ratio of 3:1 to a thickness of 100 microns and finally Epoxy Polyurethane top coat which is a pre-weighed pack ready to mix and use which will consists of resin, hardner, EPI (Colour concentrate) formulated aggregates and carbon fibre. All these 5 parts to be added to agitate the mixture by an electrically driven motor and lay the mixture to the thickness of 2000 microns complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and as per manufacturer’s instruction.

Material & Labour for repairing to cracks and potholes by filling with an distant concrete repair compound consisting of a specially developed EPU based Rasin and Hardener which can be used for immediate repairs for worn out floors and pavements, This EPU based Resin ,Hardener and grey colored aggregates to mixed thoroughly with the aid of mechanical stirrer for 5 minutes . Lay the mix with a trowel and level it smoothly , Material to be used for repairing of cracks , potholes and worn out areas should be fast setting ,no water curing higher compressive strength than concrete ,thermally stable and water resistant complete all as apecified and directed

Cutting, racking out existing sealing compound from expansion/ contraction (Dummy) joints of rigid pavement including rackingou tspilled out seailing compound to 25mm wide and 35mm average depth by diamond cutter. Cleaning and preparing the surface, removing the debris to a distance not exceeding 150mtr and depositing where directed and M&L for providing and applying Polyurethane sealant of approved make over a coat of approved primer complete all as specified and directed

Cutting, racking out existing sealing compound from expansion/ contraction (Dummy) joints of rigid pavement including rackingou tspilled out seailing compound to 15mm wide and 20mm average depth by diamond cutter. Cleaning and preparing the surface, removing the debris to a distance not exceeding 150mtr and depositing where directed and M&L for providing and applying Polyurethane sealant of approved make over a coat of approved primer complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for providing & applying Polyurethane yellow marking system 100mm wide complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge/ GE.

Supply & Fix Turbo Ventilator Industrial grade including polycarbonate translucent sheet over Hanger Roof fixed In repair completely above hanger roof as per specification complete all as apecified and directed

Removing Turbo Ventilators with serviceable condition from Hanger Roof to fecilitate replacement of roof sheet and refixing the same over roof with all necessary fittings ,cutting of roof sheet etc completely as per specification.

HANGER DOOR

(v) Existing door paint must be removed/scrubbed down completely and two coat of synthetic enemel paint of approved camoflauge pattern should be applied over a coat of primer all as specified & directed. Providing and fixing of limit switches for auto power cut at suitable fixed destinations of master leaf both in opening and closing situations. (vi) Providing of ldler braking system to be attached with motor gear system via chain sprocket assembly drive, chanical buffers, heavy cleats, conneters, EPDM Gaskets at centre leafs. Auto track cleaners to be fitted at bottom of all leafs. (vii) Providing and fixing of Manual declutching system for any emergency at a suitable height by twisting the mechanism with Handle Shaped LN key. (viii) Rectify alignment of bottom tracks till parking bay to make electric operation smooth and friction free. The bottom track should be straight till parking bay at both extremities. (ix) Rectifying alignment of Top guide channel till parking bay to make electric operation smooth and friction free till parking bay at both extremities. (x) Making all door leaf aligned and straight by taking down door leaf, with all alteration and of small sections all as required.(xi) Hanger door shall be refixed in the same opening after completing repairs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in - charge.

Dismantling/taking down P-2 Hanger opening (43.5mx8.15m) and a set of 06 doors (7.25mx8.15m) on each opening, in 43.5m opening 6 Equal leafs on each entries bi-parting i.e. 3 leafs each side and quoted rate included all damages made to the existing floor, roof ets shall be made good and match with the existing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in - charge. Note:- All the works must be carried out as per the specifications mentioned in item No 127 & 127.01 above.

Dismantling/taking down P-745 Hanger opening (43.75mx7.4m) and a set of 08 doors (5.45mx7.40m) on each opening, in 43.75m opening 8 Equal leafs on each entries bi-parting i.e. 4 leafs each side and quoted rate included all damages made to the existing floor, roof ets shall be made good and match with the existing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in - charge. Note:- All the works must be carried out as per the specifications mentioned in item No 127 & 127.01 above.

Aligning of existing bottom tracks withhanger doors by repair/ replacement of ball bearing/ machining/ complete wheels necessary as required of all top and bottom wheel of same / better specifications. The following components of the Hanger doors shallalso be repaired/ replaced where ever required. (i) repair/ replacement of bottom wheels including Machining as required, by keeping alignments in right direction by removing form door leafs.(ii) Re-assembling of wheels, placing ball bearing, re-fixing on door leafs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Aligning of top existing tracks by repair/ replacement of ball bearing/ machining/ complete wheels necessary as required of all top and bottom wheel of same/ better specifications. The following components of the Hanger doors shall also be repaired/ replaced where ever required. (i) Repair /replacement of top wheels including Machining as required, by keeping alignments in right direction by removing from door leafs.(ii) Re-assembling of wheels, replacing ball bearing, re-fixing on door leafs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Replacing of existing wheel with drive wheel, required two drive wheel for one opening. Drive wheel shall contain either gear on the flange portion or shall have chain sprocket arrangement as per OEM etc complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm as earthing lead buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised sstrip of size 32x6mm means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers etc connected to LA all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 & as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation/earth work in any type of strata, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab cover 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm), funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade, including GI strip 32x6 mm dia with GI protection pipe of 40mm medium grade upto 7.5 meter length etc including taking out old unsv GI plate with connected items complete all as specified. Note (i) item includes the cost of 7.5 meter GI Pipe for protection of earth lead. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 meter GI earth strip of size 32x6 mm. Any addition in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.
