1. Renewal BT from L047- Mambakkam to Chinnakadambur Road Via C Mottur Km 0/0 -5/560 at Tiruttani Block.

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 50mm using 45mm IRC size HBG metal all charges

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.2 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface treated with Primer cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminoua concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 to 5.6 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H speciications clause 507 complete in all respects

Routine Maintenance after completion of work the road sufrace and shoulder to be maintained in proper condition to make them free from excessive edge drop offs, roughness, scouring and pot holes and cleaning of surface drain including culverts for frre flow of water. Relettering name boards and K.M & H.M stone and other maintenance operation required to keep the road traffic worthly at all the time for the maintenance period for the following years. As per General condition of contract para 32.2.2
