Taking down carefully existing unserviceable copper / aluminum point wiring of any description & in any position with and including taking out existing unserviceable conduits or battens of any description with sunken boxes/junction boxes and all fitting, accessories & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings, lamp holders etc but excluding light fittings and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring / service connections of any size including batten / conduit and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall / floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point or one fan or bell point controlled by one switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade in and including concealed PVC conduit (Medium grade) of suitable size all as directed with using new sunken type pressed steel box / terminal boxes for mounting fittings/junction boxes not less than 1.6mm thick duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer with 3mm thick bakelitelaminated sheet, and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 3 here in above but point wiring for 5 pin switch socket outlet, 5 Amps on same board with other switches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 03 here in above but point wiring for one six pin socket outlet, 15 & 5 Amps (independent) controlled by one switch with using 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor complete all as specified and directed. Notes for item 3 to item 6 here in below : (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in brick walls/pillars etc. for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. The portion of point wiring at RCC Columns/Beams/Ceilings shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on surface with using PVC rawl plugs and provision of covering sunken boards/terminal boxes / junction boxes of any shape and size with 3mm thick bakelitelaminated sheet fixed with suitable GI screws and cup washers) (ii) Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' (iii) The size of conduits shall be determined on permissible No. of runs of wires as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) clause 19.125 (B). However minimum size of conduit shall be 20mm dia (Medium grade)

Disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable distribution boards any size any type including MCB TPN/SPN/SP etc and making good the disturbed surfaces to the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, connecting & testing factory made, epoxy powder coated, distribution board (sheet metal encloser) , triple pole and neutral, 4 ways, (Vertical DB's) ,with metal door and fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting with having copper bus bars of capacity 200 Amps rating, of suitable size , for double door and suitable for using MCCB, 4 Pole as incomer and SP MCBs as out going, conforming to IS : 13032 complete all as specified & directed, ( Note: Switchgears shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’.

S&F in replacement aluminium strip 25 x 3 mm with saddle porcelain insulator and fixing screws etc on roof / wall and connecting from earth pit the lightning rods point on hanger at height upto 11 mtr etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium GI strip any type & any size complete & refixing the same aluminium / GI strip on same location with saddles & insulators, screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors on hanger at height upto 11 mtr complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No.61 to 65 :- The specialized ladder having requirement upto 11.0 mtr hanger height shall be arranged by contractor without any extra cost.
