Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of 3 Core 120 Sqmm, 11000 volts grade, Earthed, HT XLPE insulated, insulation screened with extruded semi-conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 KA for one second), cores laid up, PVC inner sheath with fillers, galvanized steel flat strip armoured, heavy duty, electric cables, with multistranded aluminium conductor, conductor screen with extruded semi conducting compound and overall PVC sheathed cable as per IS-7098 (Part-2) 1988 with latest amendments, replaced with burntout HT Cable laid in trenches / passing through pipe/duct/road crossing or fixed on poles, walls with suitable size clamps made out of mild steel flat iron including jointing material such as crimping type lugs, brass cable glands, heavy duty double compression type etc., including disconnecting and taking down unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:- Note : Earthwork Excavation, sand cushioning, GI pipe and cable protection will be measured and paid separately.

All as per Sl Item No 1 above, but for 3 Core 95 Sqmm HT cable

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/dense sol complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtrs above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and spread natural dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches and punned down all as specified and directed. Note : Prunned thickness will be measured for payment.

Supply and lay un reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV type II flat size 300X180mmX40mm all as specified and directed.

Cutting of existing bituminious/PCC road or flooring/plinth protection, for laying of GI pipe in road intersection for passing of LT XLPE cable including excavation in any type of soil, returning and filling in and making good top 30cm of the trench by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate to flush with existing road surface complete all as directed.

S&F, 150mm dia GI pipe light grade fixed to walls/poles or laid in trenches, road crossing etc., for protection of underground cable/earth strip including sealing ends with hessian cloth impregnated with bituminous compound in ground and with teak wood bushes for ends fixed on walls/poles complete all as specified and directed

M&L in repairs, Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to copper strip 20x3mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanized iron or steel all as shown on Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Note 1: The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate cover slab reinforced with 6 Nos of 8mm dia TMT bars both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe medium grade 25mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Sl Page No. 422 of SSR Part-II. 2. M&L in repairs, copper earth strip 20 x 3mm buried in ground or fixed on wall or drawn through pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of unserviceable rubber matting with new one of 12mm thick 1M X2 M LT ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge

Supply and replacement of unserviceable HT rubber mat with new one of of size 1mx2mx19mm ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L, locating fault in 11 KV HT underground cable of any sizes with the help of fault locator vehicle organized from TSSPDCL/TSTRANSCO by injecting necessary high voltage to the faulty cable within 12 hours of time from time of reporting of fault all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to be included the necessary charges towards liaisoning for arranging fault locating vehicle, transportation of trained technicians and charges payable to Electricity Department.

Supply, erection and testing and commissioning of 132 KV, Oil filled out door, live tank type Current Transformer (oil impregnated) 132 KV class 100-50/1-1-1A CT Ratio, as per IS 2705 (1992) with insulator electrical connection as per manufacturers instruction complete, CT shall be with rated voltage 145 KV, accuracy class 1.0 for core1 : 15VA/1.0, core 2 : 15VA/5P 20, core 3 : PS VK-350V @ 50/1 RCT 3 ohms @ 50/1 Im 30 mA STC 31.5 KA for 1 sec, creepage distance : 3625mm, Insulation level : 275/650 KV, painted tank with SS Bellow / N2 cushion replaced the old one with new all as specified and directed.
