Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 45 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal anagement in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Street light factory fabricated junction box of size 300 x 160 x 250mm made out of 2mmm thick CRCA powder coated sheet, including 63 Amp three phase 4 wire having 4 nos of aluminium busbar including 6 A SP MCB. The box should have auto door lock facility with magnetic look fixed on pole using necessary fixing arrangement such as clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR is PVC nsulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed as required 2x1.5 sq. mm + 1x1.0 sq. mm earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of street light bracket to fix the street light fitting made out of suitable dia(25/40mm) light grade GI pipe 3.0 mtr long suitable for mounting of street light fittings on poles /wall incl provision of two Nos flate iron clamps made out bent to shape of 50x6mm flat iron and fixing nuts and bolts in position including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

M&L for boring of holes under road pavement, motor hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technicque and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable foor 40 MPA working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, and fixing bus bar chamber 4 Way outdoor type with Digital volt meter, Digital Amp meter, R-Y-B indicating lamps factory made out of CRCA sheet dust & vermin proof , front opening door having locking arrangement totally enclosed weather proof, antirusted powder coated painted including aluminium Bus Bar of 200 Amps rating bus size 45 cm long x 50mm wide x 15mm thick, 440 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire having suitable gap to connect the cables of size upto 95 Sqmm 3.5 core and bus mounted on suitable type of insulators incl coloured insulating sleeve on each complete with bottom removable gland plates for inccomming and out going cables, bus chamber mounted on MS angle stand made of MS angle 50mm x 50 mm x 5 mm and should having minimium 45 Cm gap below bus chamber incl necessary PCC foundation work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & installation and testing of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 Volts, 3 Phase 4 wire, 0.8 power factor, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM , Engine as per IS : 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS : 13364 complete with AMF relay panel for automatic starting on mains failure, control panel having meters, including accoustic sound proof enclosure (canopy) as per CPCB norms suitable for ambient condition and foundation etc. of capacity 30 KVA with following: (i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant ISI design. (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil and final successful acceptance test.(iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site including one hour on 10% overhead in presence of representative detailed by accepting Officer, all arrangements are to be made by the contractor for tests.

Note:- Item No 18 Contd…/- (A). Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 30KVA net output at site after considering deratings as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self exicited ,self regulated screen protected ,drip proof IP 23 enclosure ,brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of + 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be inposition to generate supply with frequecy regulation with in + 1% tolerace. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS - 2613/5000/ IS - 4722. i) Insualation class - 'H' ii) Temparature rise Class - 'H' iii) Excitation : Self Excited iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with + 1%, manual voltage adjustment within + 5% . v) Frequency regulation + 1%

(B) Diesel Engine: - Adquate capacity of Diesel engine not less than 40 BHP (Minimum) based on manufacturers technical details, coolent/water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditons after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories ,directly coupled through flexible coupling ,multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS - 5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in 12 hours, continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under:- i) Fly wheel with housing (ii) Cooling system :- Mounted radiator with fan & belts.(iii) Cooling Water pump : - Centrifugal type belt driven. (iv) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping of of suitable size with MS pipe light grade upto and away (as per CPCB norm) from the enclosure to be errected, covered with asbestos rope and aluminium foil of 28 SWG complete with in the enclosure for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclousre. xv) Fuel Tank :- Daily service fuel tank of suitable capacity made out of 3mm thick HR sheet top and bottom with caliberated level indicating arrangement, stop cock, drain plug, fuel pump of suitable capacity complete on a common base within the acoustic enclosure. C. Auto Main Failure (AMF): Microprocessor based Cubical panel outdoor type made out of CRCA sheet of 1.6 mm thick conforming to IS 8623 totally enclosed dust and vermin proof with front and rear openings of 415 Volts, 3 phase , 4 wire, AC 50 Hz having copper bus bar capacity required to carry current at 110% load of 30 KVA DG set with three phase and half neutral color coded, prewired with copper cable of suitable size all as standard practice of manufacturer specifications with the following accessories. i) Microprocessor based adjustable MCCB 4 pole , 63 Amps with suitable contactor for alternator ii) Microprocessor based adjustable MCCB 4 pole , 40 Amps with suitable contactor for Mains All controls indicators and standard fitting shall be as follow:-

D. Acoustic enclosure: Enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet steel will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom built to suit conditions, with the following features:- i) Custom built product for various equipments, with ensure the optimum performance without duration. ii) Rugged in construction maintenance free and modular designs which facilitate easy at site. iii) 16 SWG (1.6 mm) thick CRCA sheets to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathering action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound absorption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets iv) Sheet metal components of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action.

v) Special paint treatment with pure polyester powder / epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. vi) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to pump up the heat in the chamber efficiently. vii) For effective acoustic / weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to used. viii) Working space is to be provided around the equipment for easy maintenance / repairs. ix) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exist of fuel lines cable to be incorporated in the enclosure as per the requirement. x) A see through transparent window (glass or acrylic) in front of engine panel to provided for monitoring the operation. xi) Ducting if required, bellows, mechanical hardware like locks, hinges fasteners etc to be provided.

xii) Deliverables. 75 dBA @ 1mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. The temp inside the enclosure will be within 70c above ambient temp.(xiii) The enclosure should be provided with bulk head light fitting for inside illumination (xiv) The battaries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable inlsulated plat form. (xv) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. (xxvi) The accoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treat ment process. The powder coating shade should be Genset Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade.

The following itmes are deemed to be included in the rate quoted for DG set:- (E) Earthing :- M&L for earthing complete for Machinery with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level connected to galvanized strip 32X6mm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber) 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch, 80 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm four MS bars @ 80mm centre to centre both ways and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including provision of earth strip protected by 40mm dia medium grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade, all excavation and earth work & connectiing the earthing to an earthing test point as specified and testing on complete all as specified & directed -Qty - 04 No's

(F) Civil Works :- All civil works including PCC plat form and related to foundations including of panel and equipments including making good and existing structrure of distrubed during installtion and commissioning of genset. The depth of the foundation shall be minimum 300mm with antivibration pads or as recommended by the manufacturer. Note:- The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer.
