Supply of FAA Certified Inset type medium intensity Unidirectional Centerline 8 inch dia. Turn Pad light fitting (Green) for aviation visual aids requirements complete with shallow base and matching body of the fitting, inner body of the fitting, inner body and outer cover made of die cast aluminium complete with LED Lamp 6.6 Amps current with connected heat resistant accessories, prism assembly, optical assembly, "O" ring seal, pressure relief test plug, hardware, lenses and all standard accessories and ready for site installation complete with all accessories as required.

Supply of Indoor type air cooled Constant Current Regulator (CCR) of micro processor controlled, thyristor type suitable for operation on 230/240 V AC ± 10%, 50 Hz input AC supply with 5 steps variation of current output (2.8, 3.4, 4.0, 5.2 and 6.6 Amp) and able to communicate with PC/ PLC controlled system with digital output anmeter (0-10 Amps), over current, over voltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, two stage earth leakage detector, positive back indication equipments, hours run counter, LED display complete as required for the following rating and conforming to techncial specifications suitable for communication on Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) 2.5 KW CCR

Supply of 2 x 2.5 sqmm secondary lead made out of multi stranded copper conductor EPR insulated & PCP sheathed, anti termite & rodent treated 1.1 KV grade underground cable etc. complete as required.

Supply of 6 sq.mm 5 KV grade Single Core unarmoured Primary Circuit Cable with Stranded Annealed Plain Copper Conductor, XLPE insulated and Polyethylene (PE) sheathed, Cable for airfield lighting conforming to IS 1554 (part-2/ IS 7098(part -2) and as per technical specification etc. as required.

Supply of 2 Core 6 sq.mm 5 KV grade, copper conductor, PVC sheathed underground airport lighting cable with anti-rodent and anti-termite treatment generally confirming to IS 1554 (part-2/ IS 7098(part -2) with up-to-date amendment etc. and as per technical specification complete etc. as required.

Supply of 6 sqmm, 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type I, class 'B' connector and suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade XLPE insulated, PE sheathed, single core copper conductor cable as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of 1.1 KV grade plug & receptacle (Essna Connector) of type II class B connector & sutable for field attachment with 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 2 core 2.5 sqmm copper conductor cable etc. complete as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of 45Watt 6.6/6.6 Amps completely enclosed isolating transformer encapsulated in polyster resin finaily moulded in neoprene rubber for use of 6.6 amps series airport lighting circuits having nominal voltage rating of 5KV and all rated for operation on 50 Hz. The transformer shall be water tight and shall be designed for direct burial in the earth or installation in a base confirming to specification as required.

Supply of Cast iron Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside dia 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate/cover plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having three/two/one nos holes as per site requirement on the periphery centre, 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 50 mm HDPE pipes as required . The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia, 'B' class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole having centre to center distance of 260 mm alongwith bolts as required as per the drawings. The CI top cover of 310 mm diax 15 mm thick with suitable rubber gasket and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole and bolts as required.

Supply of following sizes high density polyethylene (HDPE) PE 63, PN06 pipe conforming to IS 4984 with up to date amendment as required. 40mm Outer Dia.

Supplying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, seal rings etc. conforming to IS 16205, Part 24 complete etc., complete as required.

Supply of 10 mm thick MS Plate suitable for mounting on the existing C.I.box , of outside dia 330 mm with 6 Nos. M-10 hole at hole centre of 260mm to recieve bolts as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of inset type turn-pad centerline light by core cutting in the bituminous runway pavement, fixing the shallow base of 8 inch with dobefil and hardener. Installation of isolating transformer, crimping/ jointing of plug & receptacles, laying of secondary leads in existing HDPE pipe, connections, earthing etc. complete as required and includes supply of all materials excluding fixture, shallow base, secondary lead, isolating transformer and plug & receptacles.

Kerfs cutting with machine in runway/taxiway of concrete/bituminous surface of suitable depth of 150mm and width of 80 mm laying of 01 no. HDPE pipe up to 50mm, refilling and finishing the surface with suitable sealing material complete etc. as required.

Installation of CI housing box of size 330 mm dia and 450 mm deepi/c cutting/ excavation of surface/earth, providing one no, 250 mm long 15 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe in the bottom surface for drainage of water etc., cutting & threading of pipe,i/c laveling of housing box with suitable instrument etc, painting of box with one coat of primer and two coats of black enamel paint and installation of housing box in soil providing base cement concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick, and PCC of 1:2:4 all around the housing box of width not less than 150 mm and pedestal of 0.30 mtr. and 0.10 mtr. thick all around the box making suitable slop to level of runway all around the housing box, painting, lettering, numbring etc i/c disposal of excavated earth, debris/malba and making good the same as original complete as required.

Laying of up to 63 mm dia HDPE/DWC HDPE pipe with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Laying/fixing of 1 no. additional DWC HDPE Pipe of size upto 63 mm OD along with all accessories like sockets, bends, couplers, shaddles etc. complete with fitting, cutting and jointing etc. in existing trench complete as required.

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PE sheathed primary circuit cable of upto 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/ HDPE Pipe/ Open masonary duct etc. as required. Up to Dia Size of 3Cx35 sqmm

Earthing with 'B' class G. I. earth pipe 4.5 mtrs. long x 40 mm dia i/c accessories and providing masonary enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement & watering pipe etc. i/c charcoal/ coke and salt complete as required.

Supply and fixing 6 SWG G. I. wire on surface or along with primary AFL Cable for loop earthing i/c necessary connection with isolating trasformer housing box etc. complete as required.

Supply of green color single core 2.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor earth wire complete as required.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of CCR of capacity 2.5 KW including termination of incoming and outgoing power and control cable, inter connection, making suitable size of PCC foundation, earthing & shifting, tranportation, loading & unloading from store to CCR Room etc. complete as required i/c providing remote cable approx 30mtr. laying integration with existing ALCMS modification as per site requirment.

Making field connection by crimping of 6 sq. mm plug & receptacle with existing 6 sq. mm single core copper conductor primary airfield cable i/c filling the gap with water sealent material applying HTPVC insulation tape etc. complete as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.
