Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including cutting of reinforcement to facilitate demolition (Parapet wall,fins,fascias,chajjas, overhanging slab, beam, shelves,cooking platform etc) ) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- This item will be also executed in highrise bldgs (G+5) and necessary provision for T&P, scaffoling and safety measures etc shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the tenderer for the same.

M & L for RCC M-25 (Design mix) as in slabs supported on walls, over hanging slabs , beams and columns in floors , roofs, landings , balconies, canopies, deck slabs, chajjas and shelves, cooking platform etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia & over as in reinforcement of columns, beams, RCC, slabs, chajjas, lintels etc cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hoping for columns, hooking ends and including binding , grouting in old concerete surface & welding the new reinforcement with old steel bars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 8mm dia TMT bars, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping , ties, stirrups etc for columns, beams, chajjas to parapets , slabs etc etc hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to better, fair finishes. complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

M & L for form work to chullah hood, chajjas, troughs and similar items in cluding edges etc for flat fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

M&L Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves, slabs including supports, overhangs,etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

M&L for chipping out spilled and loose concrete cover and derusting steel reinforcement of concrete column, beam, slab, chajjas, parapets and the like as directed up to 25 to 35mm thick roughening and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry including derusting steel wire reinforcement, providing fabric MS wire mesh 75 x 75 x 2mm as reinforcement to concrete surface applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25mm average thickness guniting mix using one part of OPC 53 grade and two part of sand mixed with adhesive/admixture @ pressure of 2.5 to 3.00kg/Sqcm by guniting machine and surface finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering/scaffolding, formwork (guniting work to be carried out up to 20 metre height) complete all as directed at site Note :- (a) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with wire brushes, washed with water and allow to dry, apply chemistic polycretes admixture @ 2.25 kg by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instruction. (b) when polymix concreting in taking condition,guniting is done with polycretes admixture @ 2% by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instructions (polycretes admixture shall be procured from chemical adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorised dealer). (c) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement or cement lime morta including all quoins, arches,pillars, etc,

M & L for Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, including plastering and leaping upto six storey bldg incl necessary scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified and directed (whether full thickness removed or only a part there of) and removing from cantonment area etc complete all as directed by Engr in charge and specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling coarse over RCC slab to bring the desired slope up to six storied Bldg, using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane with mineral granules on top surface, minimum weighting 3 kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) over one coat of 85/25 bitumen @1.2 kg/sqm with bitumen primer and paste the membrane with torching method and again apply a coat of 85/25 bitumen @ 1.2 kg/sqm at overlapping joints with a over lap of 75mm at the sides and 100 at the ends complete all as specified. Note : the water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators.

S & F for Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface up to 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting up to 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness on steps, jambs, pillars, walls, cooking platform, floors, aprons, skirting etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick granite stone slab (Z- black and equivalent as approved by GE ) table rubbed and polished in steps, jambs, pillar, window cills, cooking platforms, lift wall , dado, skirting etc. where ever required in single piece. The coated section shall be with primer coated of primer of -7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12.16 microns thick and back coated with alkyd backer of 5-7 microns or powder coated with pure polyester powder upto 50-60microns thick with the following specifications (a) Main frame 72mm x 55mmx0.58mm (b) Mullion 72mmx50mm x0.58mm(c) Glazed/gazed shutter frame 47mmx20.20mmx0.58mm (d) Glass beads size 12mmx12mmx0.58mm Accessories. Each shutter shall be provided the following fittings (a) Stainless steel pipe of hinges 01 set (b) Aluminium powder coated handle-04 Nos. M&L for followings :- (i) Removing plaster & finishes from all exposed / damaged portion of facia, roof projection, parapet, chajjas , over hanging slabs, columns, slabs & beams (ii) After cleaning gently removing cover concrete using pneumatic/electric chipper or any other approved tool in entire portion of structural member (removal of cover concrete shall be done to an extent when reinforcement is visible) (iii) Removal of cover concrete with under cutting of up to a depth of 20mm beyond reinforcement around full circumference & full length of bar where directed. (concrete shall be stripped to an extent concrete substrate is exposed and cleaning all around. (iv) Cleaning exposed concrete substrate by using water jet. (v) Removing visible rust along the length of reinforcement using hand tools as approved. (vi) Any other work as directed by Engr-in-charge to present clean surface for determination of type of repair to be carried out complete all as specified and directed. Note :- This item will be also executed in highrise bldgs and necessary provision for T&P, scaffoling and safety measures etc shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the tenderer for the same.

M&L for providing rust proof /anti corrosive treatment to bars :- (i) Apply a single coat of Alkaline rust converting primer on alround bars new & old as recommended by the manufactuer (iii) Apply two coats of polymer modified anti corrosive cementitious coating with a total thickness of 2mm coat on bars alround new & old as recommended by the manufactuer. Note : Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous espcially in the regions where pitting, imperfections, etc were present on the surface of the bars. It is important that the rear portions of re bars (those towards the concrete substrate) should not be left without coating. Note :- This Item will be also executed in highrise bldgs and necessary provision for T&P, scaffoling and safety measures etc shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the tenderer for the same.

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine or suitable brushes & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of atleast strength equivalent of M-40 concrete of average 25 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufactuer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- This Item will be also executed in highrise bldgs and necessary provision for T&P, scaffoling and safety measures etc shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the tenderer for the same.

M& L for preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of wall, pillars, cornices etc. by brooming down etc. and applying a layer of 1 to 2 mm thickcement based wall care putty to prepare the surface even & smooth using sand paper andapplyinga coat of primer and applying two coats of OBD 1st quality (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed

M& L for complete removal of existing treatment from internal surfaces of wall, pillars, cornices etc. by mechanical sander/grinder having suction vacuum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying a layer of 1 to 2 mm thick cement based wall care putty to prepare the surface even & smooth using sand paper and applying a coat of primer and applying two coats of OBD 1st quality (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and joint system for various roof locations, as per the approved drawings and under the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The expansion joints will be constructed from extruded aluminium base members, designed to meet ASTM B221-02 standards. The system will be include a self -aligning and self –cantering arrangement with support plates to ensure proper alignment and stability. The expansion joint system will provide a watertight cover for roof-to-roof and roof-to-corner joints, capable of accommodating multidirectional seismic movements without placing stress on its components. The system will feature a metal profile with a universal aluminium base member, designed to adapt to various project conditions and roof treatments. The cover plate will be engineered with the appropriate width and thickness to meet the movement and loading requirements. It will be secured to the base members using the manufacturer’s pre-engineered self –cantering arrangements, allowing for free rotation and movement in all directions. The self-centring arrangement will include circular sphere ends that lock and slide within the corresponding aluminium extrusion cavity, enabling movement and flexure in all directions, including vertical displacement. The joint system will be designed to resist damage or deterioration from environmental factors such as falling ice, UV exposure, airborne contaminants, and occasional foot traffic rom maintenance will be an integral part of the joint system to ensure a watertight seal, as installation methods will comply with ASTM 6063 standards and will be subject to the approval of the Engineer-in-Charge to ensure full compliance with project specifications.

M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade including following :- (i) Dry concrete substrate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying epoxy bond coat on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine or suitable brushes & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of above bond coat as above pour prepacked dual shrinkage compensated. Micro concreting M40 grade, using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams, columns, slab, parapet, staircase, RCC water tank etc., up to 100 mm thickness of micro concrete. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed.
