M&L for lightening conductor assembly made out of GI pipe light grade of size 50 mm bore along with welded flange, fixed on the RCC roof of the bldgs with drilling/making hole and provide fastners, rubber washer 6 mm thick of suitable size at one end & GI reducer socket 50 x 40mm at another end connected with 40mm bore GI pipe light grade with one end GI reducer socket to connect air termination & connector for earth strip duly fixed with necessary fastners, nuts bolts & washers in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm thick crushed stone aggregate ) 45cm x 45cm x45cm complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : GI pipe 50mm (1.5 RM for each)/40MM (1.0 RM for each) & air termination shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Water leak protection has to be ensured, Pure Resin based Chemical anchoring system. (iii) Air termination shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items

M&L for lightening conductor assembly fixed on the AC Sheet roof with drilling/making hole and provide rubber washer 6 mm thick of suitable size to connect air termination & connector for earth strip duly fixed with necessary nuts, bolts, washers making leaking proof to roof complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Air termination shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items.

Supply & Fixing air termination single pointed Aluminium rod 20 mm dia, 300 mm long for lightening conductor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for test point terminal block of size 75x75x25mm made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze drilled and screwed including 3 nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for overlap jointing of addional requirements of Aluminium strips by making drilling holes including 02 Nos brass/GI nuts, bolts and lead washers, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing porcelain insulator of required size not exceeding 10 cm long with two nos hole each on both end for fixing properly with fastner, nuts & bolts on wall & roof of buildings for separated earthing stirp from building all as required at site & directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : (i) Water leak protection has to be ensured, Pure Resin based Chemical anchoring system.

S & F 40mm bore GI pipe, light grade, for erection of lightening conductor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply,laying and testing 150mm bore DI pipes with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast, class K-9 with cement mortor lining inside the pipes & Zinc coated out side as per IS 8329/2000 in any length laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately
