EXCAVATION AND EARTH WORK

Excavation over areas by mechanical means not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil by mechanical means complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material soil / rocks / concrete debris within a distance beyond 5 km upto total distance of 15 km and and depositing at Govt designated dumping yard by mechanical means complete all as specified and as directed.

CONCRETE WORK

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc. basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses and concrete surfaces finished with even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

BRICK WORK

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar in 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

WOOD WORK/FORMWORK

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc. vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Formwork of column shall also be measured under this item.

STEEL AND IRON WORK

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over and upto 10mm dia as in stirrups spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Each line of wire shall be measured.

Supply and fixing of razor punched concertina coil of 900 mm dia (before stretch), having 50 turns with approximate weight of 13.00 kg per coil, expanded to effective length 6-7 running meter per coil, core wire of dia 2.5 mm high tensile steel with 0.5 mm thick galvanised steel punched tape with 5 clipping points with and including galvanised MS stapple/clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to s teps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securingbolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bitumen pad 25mm expansion joint filler board density 350kg/M³ with water absorption capacity 20% hardness 2800 Kpa as per IS -1838 complete all as specified and as directed.

WHITE WASHING AND CEMENT BASED PAINTING

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall/concrete surface and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

PAINTING

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

WATER SUPPLY, PLUMBING, DRAINS AND SANITARY APPLIANCES

Supply and fixing UPVC (SWR) pipes 50mm outside dia fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

DEMOLITION/DISMANTLING

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in ground floors (below or above ground level) not exceeding 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors not exceeding 15 cm (thickness below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
