Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete
M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 m and top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level including connecting GI earth strip 25x4 mm by GI nuts bolts, washers all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I of 2009 including funnel, RCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates and 6mm dia mild steel bars at 100mm c/c as in chamber cover,, charcoal salt etc complete including excavation and earth work in any strata and testing on completion including filling up the earth pit with black cotton soil for best result and removal of excavated material from the site complete. Disconnecting existing connections for carefully shifting including loading, unloading and transporting of 400 KVA, 11000/433 Volts, 50 Hz, AC Outdoor type distribution transformer from NCOs Sub Stn Yard to Power House and 500 KVA 11000/433 Volts, 50 Hz, AC Outdoor type distribution transformer from Power House Yard to NCOs Sub Stn Yard (distance not more than 2.0 km one way) and Installed the same transformer at transformer plinth including termination of its both HT /LT side with new HT/LT Power Cables, Earthing strips etc by taking proper safety precautions for working personnel complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( Note : If any damage occured to the transformer during this course of action, the damaged parts of the Transformer shall be replaced by the contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt).
M & L and fixing danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size 200 x 150 mm for LT Supply including taking down existing one complete all as specified and directed.
Taking out old LT panel and Design, supply, install, test and commissioning of main LT Panel, weather proof outdoor type double door, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7032 (Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The panel shall be fabricated by CPRI approved manufacturer only as mentioned in Appendix 'C'. The panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-55, double door type with locking arrangement for front and back side, comprising of gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber and ventilation arrangement for heat dissipation from both side of panel. The panel shall be provided with Aluminium bus bars of high conductivity aluminium alloy, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system (R,Y,B,N) rating not less than 1200 Amp. The busbars and Interconnecting links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with RYB & Black colour coding. The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in dedicated compartment. The panel shall be prewired with FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cables of suitable size properly tagged and secured. All joints an+B56d connection shall be done with galvanized or cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers. The panel shall be provided with digital multifunction meter with accuracy Class 1 with RS 485 Parameters with cast Resign CTs etc and RYB, ON, OFF & Trip LED indicating lamps at incoming. The panel shall be showing the arrangements of circuit shall be pasted inside the panel door and covered with transparent laminated plastic sheet . The panel shall be provided with manufacturer's name plate, skull & bones danger notice board, Name plate for Feeder Panel & all incoming and outgoing MCCBs etc. The panel shall be provided 6 Nos 70x70x5mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 1.5 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 at suitable depth as per site requirement . All MCCBs shall be provided with spreader links with phase separators on both side and suitable extended rotary handles for all Incoming & Outgoing MCCBs complete all as specified and as directed. The overall size of the panel shall not less than 2500mmX850mmX1500mm (LxDxH). The panel shall be provided with 2 Nos of Earting Terminals one on each side of the Panel with earth strip, suitable size of SS Cable glands for all incoming & outgoing XLPE Cables and including following accessories:- Note : 1. Drawing and design of panel must be approved by Engr-in-charge before manufacturing. 2. Two Stage inspection of manufacturing i.e. Fabrication before powder coating & during switchgear installation, inspection visit of Engr-in-Charge compulsory to be arranged by the contractor.
