Engg. college including issue of "Good for Construction drawings" , revision of drawings as per changes (if occurred) during execution & final "As Built Drawing" complete with vetting and not limited to any other details related to consultancy work which are essential for successful execution of work etc. complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer incharge.
Note :-(I) RCC retaining wall has to be designed as per conceptual drawings should show cross sectional views in each direction so that dimensions & reinforcement detailing may be read easily and implemented same during execution and rcc structure designer should visit site to explore and collect required data before design and for this nothig extra shall be paid.
(II) The payment under this item shall be made in parts in proportion to amount of work.
(III) Keeping in view of the security of the airport, full safety, design & drawing must be finalised in such a way that construction can be completed in minimum time.Before finalization of structural design & drawings consultant should explaini it to EiC. After vetting/approval of structural designs & drawing, 3 (Three) sets of Good for construction drawings showing all relevant details by consultant shall be submitted to EiC. He shall also submit all sets of drawings in soft copy.
(IV) In case any clarification/ alteratation is made by the EiC or any Govt. Engg. College, it will be made by the consultant for which nothing shall be paid extra.
