Supply and application of 2 or 4 coats of Epoxy paint from approved manufacturer & approved shade and approved colour to interior walls, columns, beams, ceiling gantry platform and as indicated in the drawings upto 24m elevation, including scaffolding, staging and approch ladder etc., including preparation of the surface to be painted, by surface grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter, open voids, water cleaning, protecting the plate EP's, pipe EP's, closed steel boxes, edge angles with masking tape, applying primer coat, one coat of putty mixed with epoxy, filling all voids/pinholes in concrete by approved wall putty mixed with epoxy, removal of roughness in plastered surface with one or two coat of putty, applying epoxypaint by airless spray gun or roller brush with necessary ventilaton system, exhaust fans for proper release of gas, all materials, tools - tackles, equipment, materials, labour, necessary cleaning equipment, etc,. all complete as per manufacturer specification at all elevations and directed by the EIC. Note: Rate includes following 1. Two or more shade with 250 or 500 micron thickness shall be envisaged in a single wall. 2. Wetfilm thickness and Dry film thickness shall be checked at frequent intervals and as per QA requirements. 3. Rate shall also include preparation of concrete/ wall surface by breaking (if required), chipping, surface grinding and making the concrete surface smooth by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering as indicated by EIC. 4. Painting in confined areas also envisaged in this item. Embedments / equipments available in the room shall be protected with masking tape or by alternate arrangements.

Providing 50mm thick concrete flooring with metalic concrete hardener topping at all levels and floors consisting of underlayer of 38mm thick using N30 grade concrete with graded stone aggregate of maximum 12mm size and, top layer of 12mm thick 1:2 mix (1 part cement with metallic hardener of Hardonite / Ironite or approved equivalent : 2 parts of stone aggregate of 6mm nominal size by volume) (metallic hardener and cement mixed ratio is 1:4) prepared as per manufacturer's instructions including chipping the concrete surface, finishing, curing, providing and fixing aluminium/glass dividing strip of 50x4mm, forming grooves, compaction, filling joints, neat cement finish, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

M30 grade with 380 kg of PPC per cu.m. of concrete for all floors

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlins, gauge ladders, handrails etc. using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, masking tapes for protecting the nearby painted surfaces, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and constructing 200mm thick precast concrete solid blocks masonry wall in cement mortar 1:5 with solid concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm Grade C (4.0), manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Part-1): 2005 density not less than 1800Kg/cum. at all Elevation including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing 100mm thick precast concrete solid blocks masonry wall in cement mortar 1:4 with solid concrete blocks of size 400x200x100mm Grade C (4.0), manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Part-1): 2005 density not less than 1800Kg/cum. at all Elevation including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork / concrete at all elevations in cement (PPC) mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork / concrete at all elevations in cement (PPC) mortar 1:4 using washed crushed stone sand, 20mm thick in two layers, outer layer added with waterproofing admixture, including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, providing scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Interior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) confirming IS : 5411 Part I & II at all elevation to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter etc., scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate includes filling all voids/pinholes in concrete by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) confirming IS : 5411 Part I & II at all elevation to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces grinding,removing laitance,cement slurry ,formoil, foreign matter etc., scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying painting Two coats on wood/metal work and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) at all elevation to given an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, preparation of the surfaces, removing the rust formation, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fixing & jointing the following outer Dia of best quality UPVC rainwater down take pipes as per IS:4985 (with IS mark) with pressure rating of 6 kg/cm2 (Class 3- Green mark) conforming to IS-13392, with ISI mark and heavy duty specials such as bends, junction, tail peace, collars swan necks, shoes etc. including fixing to the wall with adequate no. of standard MS fixing clamps at all elevations all complete as directed by EIC. Note: Masonry support near the shoe to be provided and the same will be measured under relevant items.

Supplying and fixing Rolling shutters of approved make as per ISI standards made out of required size of MS Laths interlocked together throughout entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipes shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside & outside locking with Push and Pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs grade No. 2, and M.S Top cover of required thickness for Rolling Shutters.

Rolling shutters PULL and PUSH type including top hood 1.25mm thick

Extra over the cost of rolling shutters for providing and fixing Motorized arrangements including designing, providing spring less motor, control panels, limit switches, etc of "Swastik" or "Windoors" make or equivalent approved make all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, external grooves, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for under relevant item) NOTE: 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Dismantling of RCC works at all levels by manually / by mechanical including Cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead, labour, tools required etc. complete in all respects as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Solid Block works at all levels by manually / by mechanical including Cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead, labour, tools required etc. complete in all respects as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Protection of existing tile / granite / other type of flooring by laying 20mm thick plaster of paris powder mixed with water to make plastic consistency paste state and poured over a polythene sheet of approved quality for providing staging, materials transfer etc.., including removing the the plaster of paris, cleaning the tiles as directed by the EIC.

Loading, Unloading and seggregation of SS plates and offcut plates of various thickness at FRFCF site.

Chemical anchoring of TMT bars Fe500D grade steel reinforcement of dia upto 20mm embedding in RC structures including power drilling holes of appropriate diameter in reinforced or plain cement concrete upto depth minimum 10 times dia of the rebar or as per manufacturer specification, cleaning and filling the hole, fixing the reinforcement in position with RE 500 chemical of HILTI make or equivalent anchoring adhesives and finishing, scaffolding etc all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Reinforcement will be measured and paid under relevant item. 2. Holes fouling with embedded steel shall be grouted at your own cost.

Providing and fixing 5mm thick Polypropelene plastic lattice system of approved design, colour and size at all elevations including fixing with Anodized aluminium frame work or other approved frame work, sealing the joints with required sealants, etc., all as per drawing and specification and as directed by Engineer In Charge. (Note: Rate for frame work with Aluminium will be paid for seperately under relevant item)

Providing F3 finish over concrete surface in cement mortar 1:1.5 (1 part cement : 1.5 part fine sand) including wetting the surface, labours, curing, all materials, scaffolding, at all elevations complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

All kinds of soil with depth upto 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 1Km.
