Providing non-asbestos high impact polypropylene reinforced cement 6mm thick corrugated sheet (as per IS : 14871) roofing upto any pitch and fixing with pollymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc., complete excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses corrugated sheets and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing ridges and hips in non-asbestos fibre cement high impact polypropleyene reinforced roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc., complete. Corrugated serrated adjustable ridges.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the material within 50m lead of - Asbestos Sheet

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 35 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix - 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand)

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead - With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Demolishing brick work, manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - In cement mortar.

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface - Cement primer

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade - New work. (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade - Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litres/10 sqm complete including cost of priming coat.

White washing with lime to give on even shade - New work (three or more coats).

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 18mm nominal thickness and of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% intergral water proofing compound laid over a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete.

Applying two coats of cement based polymer modified bonding admixture (FOSROC or equivalent ) over the existing RCC members after removing the plastering and cleaning the concrete surfaces and saturated with clean water. The cost including all materials labour charges.

Supplying and fixing of steel grill work of m.s. angles,flats,squares and pipes including cost of welding charges, fixing in position in masonry walls with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nnominal size) including one coat of priming coat etc. complete.

Providing and fixing CP brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS 8931 - 15 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) single socketed pipes. 110mm diameter.
