Repairs to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surface in roads path etc, cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (incl supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG-30 and scraping on existing road surface as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense Asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.50 % binder content by weight of total mix (Paving bitumen VG-30) leveled, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical pavers and rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tones capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x20 mm thick as per IS specification installed in asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30mm upto a depth of 60mm and bedded in a suitable adhesive of epoxy mortar and fix with a suitable dia bolt in drilled hole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & applying thermoplastic reflective paints of any colour as approved for traffic lane strip 1.50 to 2.00mm thick for centre line, edge line, stop line, dashes, arrows, brackets & similar work on road surfaces on clean, dry and good with 10% glass beads, 20% binders, 10% extenders & 10% of fillar material by using special applicator machine all as per IRC specifications complete all as specified and directed.
