Taking down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required & pointing in cement mortar 1:3 for concealed water tubing, etc.& making good, cutting not exc 10 cm grith 20 cm grith, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 16mm CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including provision of special fittings (Unions, elbow, Tee, Male threaded brass adaptor, Female threaded brass adaptor, Tank adaptor etc), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including provision of special fittings (Unions, elbow, Tee, Male threaded brass adaptor, Female threaded brass adaptor, Tank adaptor etc), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top with three layers) of 2000 ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified including dismantling old 500 ltr water tank complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm dia brass ball valve, high pressure with polythene float and fly-nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20 mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Removing all chinaware sanitary fittings such as wash hand basins/ EWC/ cisterns/ urinals/ looking mirrors/ selected quality items, etc., and keeping them in safe custody for possible refixing at the same locations, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Any damage occurring during removal or while in safe custody shall be borne by the contractor. No extra payment shall be made on this account, and any damaged items shall be replaced with new items of the same make and quality withoout any extra cost.

S&F in repairs colour EWC with ‘S’ trap vitreous china including all fittings i.e. seat cover, cistern super water saver dual, flush tank fitted in wall hung complete all as specified and directed. Make: Jaquar / Kohler / Cera / Prayag as approved by GE.
