The panel should be capable of Automatically communicating operational data to O&M Team for 600 gph system.

Providing, Fixing and Commissioning of - Brine Dissolution and Transfer pump of suitable capacity with Pressure upto 2 Bar (g) - Suitable MOC - Horizontal Centrifugal with Mechanical Seal - Monobloc for 600 gph system

Providing and laying of Power cable from feeder to Disinfectant Generation Skid with 4 Core x 4 sq.mm type cable with necessary fittings and proper arrangements.

Providing and laying of Power cable to Drives required for Disinfection Generation skid with 3 Core x 2.5 sq.mm type cable with necessary fittings and proper arrangements.

Providing and Laying of Power cable to DC Power Source Feeder - AC to DC Convertor - with step down Transformer of 3 Core x 2.5 sq.mm Type cable with necessary fittings and proper arrangements.

Providing and Laying of Instrument cables in required quantity of 1 pair x 0.5 sq.mm cable for the control of instruments in the skid assembly with suitable accessories and proper arrangements.

Providing and Laying of Instrument communication cables of required quantity of 1 pair x 0.5 sq.mm cable to maintain Data transfer for certain instruments. The cable should be shielded Cable.

Providing, fixing and commissioning of Flow Instrument with Hookup Materials- Suitable type for Process Solution & Distributed water flow. Flow Instrument provided with measurement accuracy of 0.5% and power supply 24VDC or 85-264VAC

Providing, fixing and commissioning of Level Instrument with necessary mounting arrangement, to maintain the level of Brine Solution, Sodium Hypochlorite solution in tanks.

Providing, fixing and Commissioning of Residual Chlorine Analyser with sensor in a pipeline with Hookup and Drain facility for the Residual measurement of the Sodium Hypochlorite Solution. Residual Chlorine provided with measurement accuracy ±0.1mg/L and Working power 9-29 VDC.

Providing, fixing and commissioning of 360 Degree camera capable of recording the movements for 24 X 7 Surveillance and safety for the system with a storage facility for recorded media for 7 days with necessary Port arrangements including Connectivity to the PC and Wirings required for surveillance purpose.

Providing of necessary Lighting and Illumination to the shed with required wiring and switching arrangements as required.
