SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ WATER SUPPLY WORKS]

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth and getting out in Hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in hard & dense soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified.

Cutting the road / hard standing for laying of pipes in trenches and making good with PCC 1:2 4 Type B1 complete and painting with black paint, if necessary, to match with existing bituminous road colour complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN 16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass treaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete in walls, ceilings or in floors etc and inducing taking down of old unsv pipe complete all as specified and directed for the following pipes:-

(a) 50 mm outer dia

(b) 40 mm outer dia

(c) 32 mm outer dia

(d) 20 mm outer dia

Supply and fix 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN 16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass treaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete in trenches etc and inducing taking down of old unsv pipe complete all as specified and directed for the following dia pipes:-

(a) 63mm outer dia

(b) 50 mm outer dia

(c) 40 mm outer dia

Supply and fix PPR Gate valves(brass insert) pipes as per requirement at site and all as specified for the following dia:-

(a) 63mm outer dia

(b) 50 mm outer dia

(c) 40 mm outer dia

(d) 32 mm outer dia

Supply and fix PPR ball valves(brass insert) pipes as per requirement at site and all as specified for the following dia:-

(a) 40 mm outer dia

(d) 32 mm outer dia

Material and labour for construction of Brick masonary valve pit of internal size 600mmx600mmx600mm complete including excavation , earth work in any type of strata with bottom 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 23cm thick BW with sub class b set in CM (1:4) over 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping on the top of wall, rendering 15 mm thick with CM 1:4 on inside and exposed external surfaces up to 150mm below GL, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover, angle iron frame and locking arrangment etc.,two coat of paint over primer in steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of Brick masonary valve pit of internal size 900mmx900mmx900mm complete including excavation , earth work in any type of strata with bottom 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 23cm thick BW with sub class b set in CM (1:4) over 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping on the top of wall, rendering 15 mm thick with CM 1:4 on inside and exposed external surfaces up to 150mm below GL, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover, angle iron frame and locking arrangment etc.,two coat of paint over primer in steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping/ foundation etc including necessary form work and finishin the exposed concrete surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Earthing complete with using galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly underground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected with and incl galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of GI bolts and nuts,check nuts,washers and GI earth strip protected by GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore , 20mm GI pipe medium grade for watering and connecting to earth terminal/ test point etc as per site requirement including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber and 50 mm thick RCC Cover with 8 mm dia TMT bars 14 cm C/C on both ways as reinforcement complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part 1 including watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade with funnel and with mesh , refiling soil all as specified. Note:(i) Quoted rate deemend to include necessary earth work PCC chamber, RCC cover, reinforcement removal of surplus soil , site clearance etc. (ii) GI earth strip , GI tubing medium grade upto 7.5m deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.
