Manning and operation of Central Air Conditioning plant at new missile shed No 103 of Capacity 50 TR and diesel engine driven generating set 160 KVA installed nearby AC plant within 0.50 KM distance for feeding AC plant round the clock in three shifts continuous for 24 hours (one semi skilled AC Operator will be deployed in each three shift from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs ,1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs and 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs ( Total 03 semi skilled AC operator /Helper).

Manning and operation of Central Air Conditioning plant at shed No 39 of Capacity 15 TR and diesel engine driven generating set 125 KVA installed nearby AC plant within 0.50 KM distance for feeding AC plant round the clock in three shifts continuous for 24 hours (one semi skilled AC Operator will be deployed in each three shift from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs ,1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs and 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs ( Total 03 semi skilled AC operator /Helper).

Routine/Comprehensive maintenance and repair of Central Air Conditioning plant at shed No 39 and shed 103 of Capacity 15 TR and 50 TR AC plant and routine repair of installed ACs/ refrigerator/Water cooler and other cooling applinces at Jindrah inside/out side Depot area 8 Hrs in General shifts continuous for 08 hours (one skilled AC operator or AC mechanic and one helper must remain on duty at shift of 08 hours from (0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs) a (total 01 AC operator / AC Mech and Helper). Note for item No. 1 to 3 :- (i) All the AC operators shall be ITI holder and shall have minimum four years of experience or person having minimum 08 years of practical experience for AC works of any nature. Contractor shall produce ITI certificate or experience certificate of staff before the employment for approval. (ii) The cost of repair of items shall be deemed to be included in above quoted rate (iii) The unserviceable and defective items for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Schedule/BOQ of works as in supply only. (iv) In case of absent from duty the recovery will be effected @ Rs 600/shift for each AC operator and @ Rs 400/shift for each helper from RAR/Bill. In addition to provide copy of contained in this tender documents the contractor shall also produce attested copies of Adhaar card of all staff employed along with passport size photograph to the Engineer-in-Charge. (v) The record of entry and exit of staff employed shall be maintained at entry gate of unit as well as entry gate of Depot area. The attendance register of staff employed shall indicate the joining time and relieving time of each staff. These register shall be signed by the incharge officer & to be produced to GE along with RAR and final bill.

Supply only Heating Strip 2.50 KW incl taking out the existing unserviceable/burnt heating strip of any type/capacity. Make - RACOLD or any other approved make

Servicing of Voltage Stablizer of capacity 100 KVA by disconnecting the incoming and outgoing connection strip opening the stablizer complete for taking out the unserviceable servo motors, auto control, circuit plates, dimmer and switches, voltmeter with switches and replace the following and testing on full load as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following Capacity :-(a) Servo motor as per existing size - 01 No, (b) Voltmeter 0 to 500 Volts with switch. Make : AE. - 01 No, (c) Voltage on off adjusting switch Auto control Switch), (d) Supply and pouring transformmer oil after dehydrating the sump - 50 Ltrs, (e) Roller Wheels as per existing size - 04 Nos, (f) Voltmeter 0-300 Volts - 03 Nos

Servicing of Voltage Stablizer of capacity 50 KVA by disconnecting the incoming and outgoing connection strip opening the stablizer complete for taking out the unserviceable servo motors, auto control, circuit plates, dimmer and switches, voltmeter with switches and replace the following and testing on full load as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following Capacity :-(a) Servo motor as per existing size - 01 No, (b) Voltmeter 0 to 500 Volts with switch. Make : AE. - 01 No, (c) Voltage on off adjusting switc h (Auto control Switch), (d) Supply and pouring transformmer oil after dehydrating the sump - 50 Ltrs, (e) Roller Wheels as per existing size - 04 Nos, (f) Voltmeter 0-300 Volts - 03 Nos

Supply only for AC Contactor AC 3 Phase 415 volts for 25 TR AC starter complete including taking down old unser contactor all as directd Make: C&S electric Ltd Cat No 1D4011M5 or eqvt Havells/L&T/Seimens as exist at site

Supply only for tracing and rectification of gas leakage in system with nitrogen gas in package type AC of 3x7.5 TR capacity plant including making system leak proof with gas welding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for tracing and rectification of gas leakage in system with nitrogen gas in central AC Plant 3x 25 TR capacity plant including making system leak proof with gas welding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for Refrigerant gas R-407 complete

Supply only for Heat sensor unit with suitable sensor lead from chillar pipe to control panel all as specified and directed.

Supply only for motor starter complete suiable for 5/7.5 HP motor 3 Phase having C32 Amp MCB TP, relay and contactor as per existing at site all as speciefied and directed.

Supply only 3 way mixing/ diverting valve of size 65 mm dia with proportional cooling thermostats for the Air Handling Units complete with required controls wiring/ installation kit etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Servicing of 15 TR AC plant complete including cleaning and of all parts , pipe, rectungler Elbow, etc including replacement of all filters complete all as specified and directed

Servicing of 50 TR AC plant complete including cleaning and of all parts , pipe, rectungler Elbow, cleaning of cooling tower etc including replacement of all filters complete all as specified and directed
