Dismantling steel work like built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead etc. complete all as per specification and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and laying dry rubble stone hard core soling of 150/230 mm consolidated thickness in sub base to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, supplying & finishing/ blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality murrum/ stone dust including watering, consolidation etc. all complete as per specification drawings & as directed by EIC.
Providing and fixing Hydraulically pressed factory made kerb stones full bull nose /half battered from approved manufacturers like M/s Super Tiles or other approved equivalent , made up of cement concrete grade not less than M-30 and having size 500 X 325 X 125 mm , of approved including removing the existing kerb stone stacking at designated place by EIC, necessary form work, compaction, finishing, curing, fixing with CM 1:3, jointing and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 including earth work and 75 mm thick & 200 mm wide PCC 1:3:6 for foundation below kerb stone including ramming/ compaction of subbase soil etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge
Providing and fixing 80 mm thick (min.) factory made interlocking paver blocks of approved make (M/S. Super tile or other Equivalent), approved colour, shade, size, shape (Glossy) reflective paver blocks manufactured with cement concrete grade not less than M-45 including supplying & laying 50 mm thick well graded stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including excavating & remixing of subbase soil upto 500 depth & compacting the soil not exceeding 150mm thick layer by ramming/vibration/roller, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface including removing existing Shahabad stone and storing serviceable materials and disposing off the debris out side of the colony, including taking permission from statutory authority etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Painting the Kerb stones of both existing and new ones in pattern with two coats of flat oil paint of approved colour and shade over one coat of approved primer including preparing the surface by brushing manually/washing with water jets wherever required and complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and Laying of Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max size including consolidation/ compaction by hand/Rod/vibrator etc. as applicable, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. Complete all as per drawing & as directed by the EIC.-
Providing and laying 52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement, compaction/curing & 40mm thick concrete or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.
Brickwork 230 mm thick using bricks as specified with cement mortar 1:4 in including curing, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pointing below ground level etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing & laying Design Mix Reinforced cement concrete of M-30 grade using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including RMC, mechanical mixing, placing , vibration, consolidation, finishing, curing, providing & filling expansion joints wherever necessary etc. All Complete at all floors and heights / levels, in drains / nallah as specified including dewatering, if any ( excluding cost of form work, shuttering & steel reinforcement which shall be paid in the relevant item) as per drawings , specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
a) Extra charges for concreting with using Pump.
Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete conforming to IS (latest revision)at all floors & levels including, supplying, cutting, bending, fixing and tying in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor & the same will not be measured for payment.
a)With high yield strength deformed bars of Fe 500 grade
Providing, centering, shuttering form work using PVC film faced plywood to get neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, propping, staging, supports etc. and de-shuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing structural steel (fy = 250 N/mm² M. S. Angle, M. S. Channel, M. S. Flat, plates, pipes, SHS, RHS nut bolts, anchor fasteners etc. for Shade, gate and railing at all levels and location as per approved design and pattern including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding , erecting and fixing in position including necessary scaffolding including painting one coat epoxy primer and two coat of Epoxy paint of approved shade etc. complete all as per directed, drawing & as per Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and fixing precoated, with high durable polyester paint G.I. CRCA 0.5mm (min.) thick steel sheets manufactured by M/s. Safintra sheets, or other approved equivalent make in Trimflute profile, fixing over structural steel members on terraces including necessary ridges and gable ends, valley, gutters and 200mm overlapping, fixing the sheet with self tapping SS Screws fixed with machine screws with bituminous washers/ G.I. bolts of 8 mm not exceeding 600 mm C/C. The base metal shall be CRCA steel as per IS: 513, having minimum yield strength of 240 MPA and minimum UTS of 280 MPa galvanized to 120 gsm zinc coating mass (total both sides) as per IS: 277, conforming to AS:35366 class 3 of Rustshield/ corroshield make etc. all complete as per approved drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Structural steel shall be paid in relevant item) SPECIFICATION: The steel sheets conforming to M/s. Safintra sheets or other approved equivalent make in SR 25 Module, shall have pre/ treatment by Dip process, using pre-activation, zinc phosphate dip and final chrome rinse (trivalent chrome) on both surfaces, each of average DFT 5 microns, followed by a finish coat of specially formulated polyester paint in METASHIELD TM EPG TM of average DFT 20 microns, on the exposed surface and same specially formulated in METASHIELD ® approved shade to and average DFT 5 micron. The total coated thickness of metal inclusive of galvanization, chemical treatment, primer and finished coats shall not be less than 0.50mm. Note: 1)Test of materials shall be carried out for raw sheets as well as manufactured sheets, as per relevant I.S codes before acceptance and bulk supply. 2) Contractor shall arrange predispatch inspection of material before bulk procurement at factory. 3) All tests of material shall be done to every 3500 Sqm. Material lot shall be rejected if tests results fail. 4) The sheet shall be fixed in a best workman like manner in line and level.
Providing and applying one coat of base primer (Apex Ultima protect of M/s. Asian paints or Aquatech of M/s. ICI Dulux or equivalent) and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating of Weathershield flexx rainproof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats,(base coat @.29 Ltr/Sqm & two top coats @0.18 Ltr/Sqm ) for sand face surfaces including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. Complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC.
a) Over sand faced plastered / Form finished surfaces/ RRM walls
Supplying, laying and formation of water bound macadam (WBM) subbase with 90-40 mm single stone aggregate, stones screenings 12.5 mm in single layer of 150 mm thick laid loose and consolidated to 115 mm thickness including breaking stone if required, screening, sorting, spreading to regular line, level template and supplying and binding with murrum, watering, consolidating each layer properly with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller including cost of all materials, labour, finishing to proper gradients, camber etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting Factory-made Wet Mix macadam using 50mm I.R.C. hard trap metal & blended with 25% lime including premixing of material with water in mixing plant for Wet mix macadam, carriage of mixed material by tipers to site and spreading mechanically and compacting it by 8 to 10 ton power roller, watering all etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying hot mixed hot laid 38 mm average consolidated thickness premixed bituminous macadam over existing surface including filling pot holes and roadcuts using approved graded I.R.C. metal 32 mm down 3.7% to 4.7 % bituminous of grade 60/70 (VG20) including the W.B.M. road by removing loose material from pothole sand existing road surface with wire brushing, brooming and mechanical spreading, machine laying, bituminous course to correct line and grade, camber etc. complete compacting thoroughly with 10/12 Tone power roller including applying a tack coat of bitumen 60/70 (VG20)grade @ 7.5 kg./10 Sq.M. specifications all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
Providing and laying hot mixed hot laid premixed bituminous seal coat of 12 mm consolidated thickness over asphalt macadam as wearing course on road surfaces using 7.5% bituminous grade 60/70 (VG20) including machine mixing, laying by mechanical spreading machine and compacting thoroughly by 10/12 Tone power roller etc.to correct level and line, grade, camber applying a tackcoat of bitumen 60/70 (VG20) grade @ 7.5 Kg./10 Sq.M.etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.
Disposal of debris such as excess earth, boulders unusual concrete lumps, debris generated from various other works, unwanted materials including wooden and metal scraps, broken sanitary fittings/ fixtures, rejected cables, wires, rejected house holds, broken glasses pipes etc. accumulated in Anushaktinagar including collecting, loading manually and mechanically as per requirement, levelling and dress in the spots from where debris is lifted and disposing of above debris at within Anushaktinagar designated place by EIC, including collecting, loading manually and mechanically as per requirement, levelling and dressing the spots from where debris is lifted and disposing of above debris at within Anushaktinagar designated place by EIC transporting by mechanical/ manual means, including labour, profit, etc. All Complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: 1) Voids @30% shall be deducted from fully loaded truck measurements. 2) Measurements will be taken as per Truck body.
Random rubble masonry using spotless black trap or approved locally available stone in cement mortar 1:6 including raking out joints, simultaneously flush pointing using through bond stones at every 900 mm in horizontal & vertical courses of each layer, curing etc. complete all as per specifications, directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
a) Rubble stone supplied by contractor
Cement plastering 15/20 mm thick using in CM 1:3 (Cement1 : 3 Crushed sand) using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383(latest Revision) suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per and applied over stone wall or brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification, including scaffolding and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.
a) 20 mm thick

Painting old wood/steel work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & make over one coat of steel primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty wherever required, scaffolding & cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
a) On steel surfaces with two finishing coats over a coat of steel primer.
Raised and cut pointing to stone work with cement mortar 1:3, including raking out joints, pointing neatly and finishing the joints as specified below including curing, scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
Providing and fixing in position the GI pipe work at all levels & locations using GI pipes class B of approved make etc. including cutting, wastage, welding, tools, labour, lifting, placing, required heavy duty hinges ,transportation, loading, unloading etc. and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of steel primer etc. complete all as per drawing, specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.C73
Providing and fixing in position at all levels & floors G.I. Chain link fencing of 4 mm dia wire and mesh size of 50 mm x 50 mm including cutting, wastage, fixing to GI pipe and angle frame work in panels by full welding and including scaffolding, two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of steel primer of approved make and shade, etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.
Providing assistance for various works on working days/holidays/ beyond office hours viz., etc. in various locations including necessary tools and manpower , loading and unloading etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: 1) Contractor shall arrange to provide the service on Saturday, Sunday and other Holidays in case of emergency as required by Engineer-In-Charge, Failing which penal recovery shall be made , Decision of Engineer-In-Charge will be final. 2) Penalty of Rs.200/ Day, Subjected to maximum Rs. 1000/Day shall be recovered and decision of Engineer-In-Charge shall be final.
Providing, supplying "JCB" Loader cum excavator and executing the works like excavation, grading, levelling, debris cleaning, cutting wild vegetations & branches etc. . JCB Excavator cum loader including Operator. CONDITIONS: 1) The above rate shall be inclusive of JCB, Fuel, Operator and other consumables etc. 2) The rates are inclusive of all Taxes including Service taxes/GST if any. 3) Break Down Hours and Lunch break timings shall not be considered for payment. 4) You are required to engage skilled driver/Operator possessing valid driving license and proper address proof & police verification certificate. 5) The make and model of the vehicle should be less than 8 years old, roadworthy with all valid documents. 6) The vehicle should be free from all sorts of defects and will be subjected to inspection by a representative of DCSEM whose decision is final and binding as regards suitability of that particular vehicle. 7) The cost of POL, maintenance of vehicle including replacement of parts, fuel etc. Wages of driver, Motor Vehicle taxes , comprehensive insurance , etc. shall be payable by you and DCSEM shall have no liability towards usage of the vehicle. 8) The contractor shall take the signature of the departmental authorities on Log Book/ Duty Register . 9) Fraction of hours shall be rounded off to nearest half an hour at the time of preparing running bills/ final bill. 10) Excavator bucket of 300 mm/600mm/900mm wide must be attached to the JCB whenever directed. 11) The contractor shall arrange adequate insurance coverage for his personnel. 12) The cost of damages to any government movable/ immovable property in and around the site shall been entirely borne by the contractor. Department shall not be responsible for any liability arising out of any accident/ injury caused to contractor persons while executing the job. 13)The driver shall work as per instructions given by the departmental officers.
Providing, fixing one side polish granite stone name plaque at Entrance wall made up of 18 mm thick single piece stone of size (1.8m x 1.2m) with Hindi & English letter writing with golden engraving as per drawing etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door & Windows with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge( As drawing Enclosed)
