Disconnecting of the electric supply to the lift. Making way for replacement of Damaged Auto Rescue Device (ARD) assembly and replacement of damaged DSSS5-E Door Drive Operator assembly. All the assemblies/components shall be OEM make. Tools/Tackles shall be arranged by the firm. The job latter includes fitting back all dismantled parts and testing the same.
Complete servicing/cleaning of lift. The job includes cleaning of traction ropes and motor driving pulley etc. using diesel, dhoti cloth, brushes etc. to make it free from dirt. The job also includes cleaning greasing of all the rails. The job also encompasses cleaning the tips of contrators after dismantling them by using sand paper and later spraying CTC alongwith greasing of the guides/etc. The job later includes fitting back all dismantled parts and testing the same.
Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) of One No.26 Passenger Otis Make Lift at Oncology Department of Govt. SMHS Hospital, Srinagar for one year from the date of isuance of LOI /Work Order as per the maintainance schedule as mentioned in the annexure B
