Safely dismantling of defective 132KV Siemens make Circuit Breaker of 20 MVA T/F Bay by disconnecting AC & DC supply and opening of jumpers, cable connections, earthing and opening of linkage poles along with copper pipe line of SF-6 Gas of all three poles with the help of dydra and shfiting of all dismnalted materials at storage place as instructed by Engineer Incharge. The work also includes dismantling of machinism housing, GI structure and shifting its to storage place with all associated work to complete the job satisfactroily.

Safely erection of new 132KV Siemens make Circuit Breaker of 20 MVA T/F Bay. The work also includes carriage of abvoe circuit breaker with complete accessories from sotrage place to work site with the help of hydra after unpacking of all poles from crates. Fixing of supporting structure after opening the protection cover, fixing of interrupting unit at the frame as per drawing/manaul and as per instruction by Engineer Incharge, checking level of all three poles with level meter then connecting all machinical linkage, gas pipes, cable connections, electrical terminations as per drawing, cable laying if required (Cable wil be provided by the department) etc. The work also inclueds all the modifications required for fixing base legs of new circuit breaker with the help of welding machine. Also earthing of new erected circuit breaker by welding. Connection of all jumpers, clamps and replacing the same if required with all associated work to complete the job satsifactorily.Checking electrical open/close operation from local/remote mode as well protection mode after commissioning of circuit breaker.
