The work of loading, unloading, Carriage and laying of 3x300 sq mm XLPE power cable at 220 KV S/S Rewa Road, Prayagraj

Proper & safe loading of 3Cx300 sq mm XLPE power cable suitable for 33 KV feeder (approx. weight - 3 MT) along with all associated parts at 132 KV S/S Minto Park by using hydraulic crane includes removal of cable from bunch, then megger of cable upto found good condition of cables then shifting of power cable from substation store to loading site and all associated works included. Contractor will arrange all labour, and hydraulic crane at his own cost.

Carriage of 3 core 300 sq mm XLPE power cable suitable for 33 KV feeder (approx weight- 4 MT) along with all associated parts from 132 KV S/S Minto Park to 220 KV S/S Rewa Road by private vehicle. (approx total distance = 10 Km.)

Proper & safe unloading 3 core 300 sq mm XLPE power cable suitable for 33 KV feeder (approx wight-3 MT) along with all associated parts at 220 KV S/S Rewa Road by using hydraulic crane. This job includes shifting of above power cable & accessories from unloading site of S/S store and all associated works included. Contracor will arrange all labour, and hydraulic crane at his own cost.

Laying of 33KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE power cable (150 meter each length 75 meter of 33 KV Nari Bari-I & PGCIL Bay) by digging out trench below 525 mm, 250 mm wide including required material bricks, sand, slab/patty etc. After laying down of cable, the bricks slab shall be laid in such a manner. So that cable trench completely covered from top. (All material required for laying of cable will be arranged by contractor except cable at his own cost).

Dismantling of 33 KV Dog Conductor of all 3 nos. of 33 KV Nari Bari-I & PGCIL bay including all clamp connectors etc. & collecting of all materials then stacking & shifting upto Rewa Road open store (Distance approx 700 meters)

Hoisting of 33KV, 3x300sq mm XLPE cable for 33 KV Nari Bari-I & PGCIL bay, by providing Gl pipe of size 6" diameter & 3meter long on single pole support & include its jumpering of each phase with complete clamps/lugs, Nut & bolts. (All aluminum lugs, GI pipe, clamps and other material to be provided by contractor).

Grouting of 2 No. MS Channel by digging of earth 0.25 x 0.25 x 1 m3 & concreting by cement, sand then fixing of MS Angle for supporting of cable. (Materials provided by contractor except MS angle/channel).
