Pvdg. & fixing false ceiling with grooves with 12mm to 15mm thick, 600mmx600mm best quality mineral fibre tiles of approved make fixed on MS steel runners frame i/c cost of screws, angles, cleats, rawel plugs, with taping and painting etc. complete in all respect as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge (HSR 13.93)

Laying and fixing Ceramic & Glazed tile/vitrified tiles/ of any size of approved make in floors/dados, laid in any pattern as specified over base of 3mm thick adhesive or reputed brands such as Pidilite, Laticrete, Ferrouscrete & Valendure as per IS Specification 15477-2004 using 5 Kg adhesive per Sqm. Area of tiles and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles excluding cost of tiles. (HSR 14.97)

15mm Thick Cement Plaster 1:6 on the rough side of single or half brick wall. (HSR 15.12).

Preparation of plastered or concrete surfaces for painting, including sand papering the surface, applying one coat of linseed oil and filling with approved quality filler, consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing surface to the required finish, complete (HSR 16.24+16.25)

Painting two coats with ready-mixed emulsion paint in all shades for interior use on bricks, plaster, cement, fibre board etc. (HSR 16.27)

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty over plastered surface and grinding the surface smoothwith sand paper to get an even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete (J.K./Birla make) (HSR 16.81)

Chowkats of commercial hard wood such as hillock, champ, chikrassy, and chaplash, etc., (Non-coniferous timber other than teak conforming to I.S. specification no. 1003 kiln seasoned), of doors and windows including iron hold fasts, etc., complete fixed in Position. (HSR 17.12)

Cost of brass fitting complete for doors and windows, such as tower bolts, handles etc. and screws for these fitting (excluding sliding bolt) (HSR 17.70) (a) for Single lead Shutter

Factory manufactured wire gauze door and window shutters of commercial hard wood such as hillock, champ. Chikrassy and chaplash etc. (non-coniferous timber other teak conforming to I.S. specification No. 1003, kiln seasoned) with 100 mm wide vertical styles, 150 mm wide lock rail, 200 mm wide bottom rail, and wire gauze of 140 G or 120 G designation including cost of iron hinges, screws, chock/cleats, stops nails etc., complete fixed in position (excluding the cost of any fittings, other than specified above, but including labour for fixing the same in position. (Styles and rails of windows shutter shall be 75 mm wide. [HSR 17.92 (ii) (-)Note (i) under 17.18]. (ii) 35mm thick

Pvdg. & fixing of wooden wall paneling with 19mm thick board (green make) and 4mm thick teak ply (Green, spali, etc.) complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (N.S.)

Pvdg. & fixing 35mm thick flush door shutter with 4mm thick veneer and enamel paint both sides complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (NS)
