Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item - A) and disposal of excavated earth to a distance up to 50m. Including all lifts with levelling ramming the foundation trenches removing roots of trees shurbs all complete as per approved design & building specification and direction of E / I .(5.1.1. BCD )

Providing coarse clean sand filling in foundation trenches and plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads & lifts including the cost of all materials, labour, royality, & taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (5.1.10 BCD)

Providing designation 75B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including the cost of watering taxes royality all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I..(5.6.3 BCD)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to Plinth Level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone -III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )( B.C.D- 5.3.1.2)

Providing designation 75 B brick work in C.M. (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. (5.2.6.BCD)

Provinding 12 mm thick water proof cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. (5.7.3 BCD)

Providing P.C.C. or R.C.C. M -200 with nominal mix of (1:1½:3) in various componest of dam superstructure with approved qaality of 20mm graded coarse aggregate of required graded as per design approved quqlity of sand of requisite F.M (2.5 to 3) washed and screened including cost of shuttering or form work as well of reinforcement its cutting, bending, binding and placing but including necessary tools and plants and vibration, cutting, royalty all taxes etc. complete job as per specification and direction of E/l. (5.3.9.1 BCD )

Providing 1.5mm cement punning including curing, carriage of water with all leads and lift as per building specification and direction of E/I. (5.7.11 BCD)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for Columns(5.3.17.1 BCD)

Providing tor steel reinforcement of 10 mm. dia rods per approved design and drawing with cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire cost of wire removal of rust, placing the rods in position (including carriage of bars to work site ) all complete job as per building specification and directions of E/l. TMT Fe 500(Only valid for Tata (tiscon),SAIL,JSPL,Electrosteel Steels Ltd. Bokaro And Vizag (RINL)).( BCD 5.5.5)

Dismantling pcc road and plain cement or lime concrete work including and satcking serviceable materials in countable stacks and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead of 50 m etc all complete as per direction of E/I 5.10.2 (B.C.D)

Filling in foundation trenches or in plinth in layer not exceeding 150mm thick,well watered rammed fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained From excavation with lead of 50m and lift of 1.5m all completed as per direction of E/I(mode of measurement compacted volume) 5.1.7 BCD

Carriage of materials by diesel truck including loading at source, unloading at work site and stacking properly, labour etc. all complete as per direction of E/I. Cement - 4 km (p) + 1 km (k)

Sand -35 km (p) + 1 km (k)

Stone Chips - 40 km (p) + 1 km (k)

Bricks - 22 km (p) + 1 km (k)

Steel - 4 km (p) + 1 km (k)
