1. Running & maintenance of Web & Application Server, Android application and IOS application for 3 months including following services consisting of the responsibilities for running smooth system for online water & sewerage billing :- i) Application mtc. updation & up-gradation, verify that peripherals are working properly, Monitor System performance, Create a backup and recovery policy, Monitoring network communication, Password and identity management, Morning checks of systems / software, Adding / deleting / creating / modifying user accounts information, resetting passwords etc. ii) Develop high-quality software design & architecture, web services relates to bank API, Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle, Develop tools & applications by producing clean, efficient code, Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting, Review and debug code, Perform validation and verification testing, Collaborate with internal teams to fix & improve products, Document development phases and monitor systems, Ensure software is upto-date with latest technologies. 2. Spot Bill Generation & Distribution. 3. Stationery for spot bill generation & distribution. 4. Manpower / Resources for Management & maintenance of existing software for smooth operations of HSVP bill branches and spot bill generation & distribution Note:- a) The rate must be quoted on per bill basis for approximate 4,50,000 bills in 6 months. b) The quoted rated must include all costs like Software maintenance cost, manpower resources cost, stationery cost etc.
