Repairing and Rewinding of 40HPDarling Openwell Submersible motor by the way of: - a) Shifting of Openwell Submersible pumping unit by manually dragging it to the loading site and loading by skilled labour into the private vehicle arranged by the firm for necessary repairs at the workshop. b) At workshop the motor shall be dismantled by way of opening all nuts, bolts, cover plates etc. and the damaged/burnt out windings shall be extracted from all stator slots by special tools & tackles, skilled manpower. After extraction of the windings from the stator the same shall be rewound by using SE enameled Cu-wire of proper gauge and specification and inserted in the stator slots of the motor as per actual pitch and turns. The job includes insulation of the windings by proper insulating material, tape etc. and assembling back of rotor, stator, cover plates, all nuts and bolts of the motor. Assembling of above motor at the workshop and connecting to electric circuit for testing on no load. c) The repaired motor shall be shifted back to site from workshop in a private load carrier to be arranged by the firm. At site all power connections shall be reconnected with the motor and pump motor assembly shall be lowered back into the Sump by refitting each of the column pipes one by one, tightening all the nuts and bolts & inserting the new rubber washers in between the flanges where ever required. After complete lowering the unit shall be tested on full load at site

Providing and fitting of 3310 bearing (01 No.) of NSK,NBC make after removal of old damaged ones by using proper tools like bearing puller etc.

Providing and fitting of new mechanical seal (M 4060 / J 2004 H) after extracting and replacing of the old damaged one.

Providing and filling of T-Oil of required dielectric strength and viscosity in the above repaired motor. Note: The old material shall be property of the firm and shall quote the rates with rebate on account of old scrap/material.
