Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction ofEngineer-in-Charge. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.70 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying Dense Graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per the MoRTH specification Clause No.507 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. DSR-16.62

Raising manhole cover and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab and making good the damage as required (Raising depth of manhole to be paid separately) :Rectangular manhole 120x90 cm with circular cover 500 mm dia of grade MD - 10 DSR-19.26.2
