Material and labour for cleaning the surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with compressor air blower to remove all loose dust and dirt etc / taking out dust / existing material with compressed air and making the surface free from dust, drying the surface with and including and applying two coat of polymeric modified bitumen emulsion (PME) by using self propelled emulsion distribution uniformly or towed emulsion pressure sprayer , equipped for spraying the PME uniformly and mopping the total undiluted PME @ 0.50 litre per sqm in one coat (diluted quantity 1.00 litre / Sqm) duly diluted in ratio 1:1 (PME 1 litre : water 1 litre) and ensure uniform finish of total area complete all as per manufactures instructions and as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
Material and labour for repair to flexible surface (depressed portion / cracked portion) by cutting damaged / spilled portion to required depth, removing useless worthless all looses and foreign materials etc to a distance exceeding 100 m but not exceeding 500 m. Cleaning the surface thoroughly with brushes and finally with compressed air with and including, filling and levelling the surface with EPOXY TAR COMPOUND two components mortar after priming including formwork, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
Material and Labour for preparing old concrete / bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes (continuous/un-interrupted), arrows, letters, etc exceeding 10 cm width with two coats of waterbased road marking paint in white, golden, yellow or red colour over a coat of primer using road painting machine, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
Material and labour for applying 3-5 mm thick fibre reinforced Slurry seal Grade -II uniformly including filling of small holes upto 10mm depth and leaving the surface to match the existing surface level of runway / taxitrack, (minimum 1.5Kg/Sqm) on flexible/rigid pavement runway surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
Material and labour for repairing pot holes / patches etc in existing cement concrete pavements by cutting out damaged portion around the pot holes with mechanical equipment into regular shape, 25 to 30mm deep, removing the loose material to a distance exc 250 metre but n.exc 500 m and cleaning the cut out portion with compressed air to remove all foreign materials like dust, dirt, loose aggregates etc, priming the pot holes / patches with special primer recommended by manufacturer and filling with modified elastomeric, concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
All as per ser item No. 5 here-in-above but depth of pot holes / patches exc 30 mm deep but not exc. 40 mm deep.
