M & L for excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation laying of cables etc and getting out in soft loose soil all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-cahrge.

M & L for returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil completed all as specified and directed Engineer-in-cahrge.

M & L for removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soil complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-cahrge.

M&L dry river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground cable including punning down all as directed Engineer-in-cahrge.

M&L for PCC cable protection cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, of size 300mm x l80mm x 40mm for HT UG cable and gap between adjacent cover not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-cahrge.

S&F GI tubing 80mm light grade galavanised with all fitting complete for cable protection under road crossing/on pole/wall or similar position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- The cost of excavation, removal, refilling and making smooth surface using PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as required at site.

M&L for making bore hole using trenchless technology machine below the road for crossing the GI pipe medium grade for cable protection and fill the putty on both sides of the GI pipe after crossing the armoured cable to avoid the water inside complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply,laying,jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core (E) including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- The cost of thimbles of brass material shall be included in rate quoted.

M&L Relaying/rerouting including taking down unservicable HT XLPE cable from trench of any size and any type after fault detection including neccessary connections as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge at site. Note :- Excavation work measured and paid seperately.

M & L for dismantling/disconnecting electric connection of underground HT,XLPE Cable ,11KV upto 185 Sqmm from both sides and locating the fault in HT cable of any size/type with fault locating machine in the entire length and removing the moisture from HT cable charging the HT cable with the help of modern fault detector eqipment by reputed agency and reconnecting and commissioning of cable after testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :(i) The work will be executed after obtaining proper shutdown from main power house after liase with Engr in Charge .(ii) The earth work , cable protection and sand filling including allied works deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply install commissioning and testing of outdoor HT Feeder pillar box suitable for upto 1 incoming and 3 outgoing HT cables 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet weather and vermin proof CPRI approved with copper bus bar 800 Amps suitable for HT cable 11KV 3 core of size upto 185 sqmm including provision of cable entries with glands locking arrangements and angle iron frame and legsof 90 cm long using 60x60x6 mm size MS angle iron fixed in floor in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 base of appropriate size including neccessary excavation earth work including fencing with lockable gate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L cleaning of area around the switch gears,transformers and sub station etc. Including removing grass,trees,roots/shrubes etc. Upto 100 sqm and also removing extra soil all as directed by Enginner-in-charge.

Note: In any break down related to item Sl No '' 1 to 21'' the contractor's representative will attened within one hour after informed by Dept and rectified the fault within 24 hours if the fault is major. In case of minor fault the fault rectification will be completed within 04 hours. If the contractor is failed to attended or rectify the fault within the stipulated time then an amount of Rs 1000/- will be recovered per hour.
