Video Conferencing (VC) System for 35-40 pax:

Video Conferencing system comprising of Full HD (1080p @ 30 fps) VC Codec compatible with H.264 and above video compression format, suitable for atleast 1 + 4 multiparty call on IP and with embedded or non-embedded MCU with 1 no Laptop as per specification. The VC codec shall be suitable to meet all technical requirements specified in tender document. Note: The Video Conferencing system shall be inclusive of the required software licenses required for achieving the functionality as per technical specifications.

FHD PTZ Video conferencing camera unit with two camera units in cascade, auto speaker tracking, 12X optical zoom, power supply unit with power chord, camera extender unit and ceiling mount system, to be mounted below false ceiling.

HD Display and peripherals for Video presentation & Conferencing system: Note: All the LED displays shall include suitable AV receiver.

UHD 108'' diagonal (min) active LED display with pixel pitch of 1.26 mm or less, 16:9 aspect ratio, full HD resolution, 4 in 1 SMD technology, brightness 600 nits, contrast ratio 6000:1, HDR 10, cable less, fan less design, front access, IP 20 complete with fixing frame assembly on wall.

43'' UHD-LED professional display mounted on short height trolley with lockable castor wheels & adjustable height and viewing angle for video reinforcement at far end from main screen. To be installed below table height.

43" FHD-LED professional touch display with white board functions, wireless AV receiver; mounted on trolley with lockable castor wheels & adjustable height and viewing angle for video reinforcement.

Wireless presentation system for content streaming, supporting Windows, Linux, Android, iOS, support full HD 1080p @30 fps upto 2 participants screen mirroring simultaneously on main screen complete with security features and built in Wi-fi unit etc. The scope includes providing base, mounting bracket for wireless presentation unit, as required.

Multi window processor for auto switching of inputs and PIP display and each window can be independently scaled, positioned, or overlapped.

Audio reinforcement system : Audio reinforcement system as per enclosed technical specifications & consisting of following features and /or equipment including wiring of speakers in PVC conduits etc. :

Two way 6" recessed mounted ceiling speaker, 60W with back can and arrangements for mounting on POP based false ceiling.

Class D Per-Channel Power amplifier for powering above speaker network. Min. 80 watts per channel.

Digital Wired delegate unit with base unit & mute button.

Digital Wired chairman unit with base unit & mute button.

Control unit for above chairman and delegate conferencing system.

Wireless handheld cardiod polar pattern 2 nos. microphone with receiver integrated to the system.

Audio Digital signal processor (DSP) with required cabling to be integrated with Microphones, amplifier, AV switcher and VC controller as per site requirement.

AV Switcher System: SITC of AV Signal distribution, Control & Cabling 4K AV switchers with min. 10 x 10 I/O configuration with HDMI and twisted pair input & output Audio insert/extract in digital signal, HDMI transreceiver or encoder/decoder modules, Multiformat transmitter along with HDMI receiver modules at required locations, Ethernet switch if required, Cat-6 converters, splitters, cable extension drivers, scalar to convert analog to digital format etc., signal & power cables, special connectors etc. for proper functioning of AV system as per site requirement & layout. Note: All the connectivity between rack and field AV devices shall be on sheilded twisted pair cable.

Wireless Touch panel system for Centralised control for AV system with base and charger unit, min. 10" touch interface.

Integrated Controller to control all AV equipments & interface with touch panel etc. Note: All the connectivity between rack and field AV devices shall be on sheilded twisted pair cable.

Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of 19", 24 U floor mounted instrument rack for housing AV equipments, complete with required PDU, cooling fans, cable manager, lockable front & rear acrylic/glass doors, castor wheel base, cable entry from top and bottom, 1000mm deep, 800 mm wide and other standard accessories etc. as per instructions of EIC.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3 kVA double conversion (online) 19" rack mountable UPS with single phase input and single phase output configuration with min. 10 minutes battery backup at 100% load using inbuilt sealed maintenance free batteries, flexible chord with plug in network rack as per instructions of EIC.

Video Conferencing system for 8-10 pax:

Full HD camera (1080 @30 fps), min. 5X zoom, 120 degree FOV with high gain microphone system suitable for 10 pax to be used with soft VC system and item no 3. The camera and microphone sysytem should be supplied with 1 no laptop as per specifications. The microphone system should have sufficeient range for the site conditions. The USB point in cable cubby should have access to camera and microphone system, to be used in laptop for soft VC platform.

UHD LED and peripherals for Audio & Video presentation & Conferencing system : 75'' full 4K UHD-LED professional touch display with swivel wall mount and with 1 no Laptop as per specification. Note: All the LED displays shall include suitable wireless & wired AV receiver and cabling. The HDMI point in cable cubby should have acess to the display. The display should have whiteboard feature.

Ceiling array microphone with auto pickup lobes, speech intelligibility. The microphone is required to be flushed/surface mounted on false ceiling as per site condition. This mic is required to be integrated with item above VC camera in VC room for soft VC platform. Accessories reuired for above functionality is in scope.

Appliance based On Premise Multi-User Video Conferencing Solution as Per technical specification.

Miscellaneous items :

Table access Cable cubby with 2 no. 6A multistandard power outlet and AV connectivity comprising of 1 no. HDMI, 1 no. USB port and 1 no. RJ 45 complete with blank plates, labels and required accessories. The cables shall be pass through type. Note: The scope includes cutting of existing wood/ply board /detachable ply on table for mounting cable cubby & providing cable worm with partition space from floor mounted junction box to cable cubby and drilling holes in the floor junction boxes with cable groumets for vertical take off of cables. To be installed in each VC room. The scope includes required AV cabling from AV device to Cable cubby. The USB port shall have interface for camera and microphone system to be used in Laptop for soft VC platform.

PVC trunking system : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 80 x 50 mm PVC trunking with flexible cover of 65mm width of M/s Legrand make, suitable for mounting on underside of Conference table / on wall etc. as per instructions of EIC : Note: All the accessories like Internal, Flat & external angles, VDI accessories for internal, Flat & external angles, end caps, joint covers, cable tie base etc. suitable for 80 x 50 mm PVC trunking shall be included in the scope of work.

Over/above floor raceway: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of min. 75 mm width metal floor raceway with campartments and accessories like end joints, T-joints, Junction box, elbow joints, cover, wall feed box etc suitable for installation above floor as per instructions of EIC.

Supply, Installation of 19-25 mm flexible corrugated PVC reinforced conduits with accessories as per instruction of E.I.C.

Supply and installation of Opaque acoustic frosted film as per site conditions

SITC of AV to USB bridge integration for existing polycom group 500 series VC codec. The idea is to use the existing camera and sound system with soft VC platform. The USB port for connecting the laptop should be provided on the VC table.

Operation and Facility management of the above as per specification for three years from the date of commissioning including comprehensive maintenance for 2 years after successful completion of DLP.
