Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath / central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground , for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Techincal Specification Clause 302.3

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable , dismantled or waste mateial by mechanical transport including loading , transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Enginner-in-Charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement / plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.as per NGT guidelines.upto 10 km

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 16.78.1 With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30(Analysis attached)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting to achieve the desired density. (Reference of MORT&H 406)

Providing and applying primer coat with VG 10 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (Reference of MORT&H 502)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG 10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per MORT&H specification No. 503 (Granular Surface)on full area of road

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 percent by weight ,of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying 40 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-39, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated finegrained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 1000C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 516.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Delineator: Supply & Fixing of MS Mild steel with pure polyester powder coating the minimum thickness of powder coating of not less than 40 micron for protection against corrosion. The surface should be conceated so that there should not be any exposed surface without powder coating. Alternatively, these metal guide poles be concealed with thermoplastic body, The posts shall have lan ellipsoidal or circular design with the height of the pole shall be 800 to 900 mm above the ground with about 200 to 300 mm base which can be anchored onto the ground. Mild steel Guide Poles shall conform to Type XI sheeting specifications as per IRC:67 and ASTM D4956 which would ensure to obtainl clear visibility of the road alignment during night time. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Flexible Median Marker As Per IRC79:2019: Flexible median marker (FMM) should be used for improving median visibility during dark hours, Use of Median Marker provides safety against collision happening with medians during night time , or severe weather. Flexible Median Marker shall be provided with flourescent yellow colour retro-reflective sheeting Type XI as per IRC:67. Flexible Median Merker shall be tough, high impact resistant injecction-molded, thermoplastic body with property of flexibility to provide high durability and U shape structureall complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Linear Delineator System Supply & fixing of Linear Delineator System (LDS) Panels made of Micro Prismatic Retro Reflective sheeting type Xl duly laminated on thin aluminium foil to a unique corrugated shape to provide Retro Reflection across wide range of observations and external angles. Eatch LDS panel is to be firmly fixed on existing concrete/brick work with 16 Nos fastner screw.

Solar Power road marker ( Solar Studs) The solar studs shall be made of aluminium alloy and poly carbonate material which shall be absolutely weather resistant and strong enough to support a load of 13.635kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Its colour may be white , red , yellow, green or blue or combination as directed by Engineer. Its water resistance shall meetthe requirments of IP 65 in accordance with IS:12063:1987 category 2 for protection against water ingress. The dimensions of solrstuds shall not be less than 100mm X 100mm X 10mm. It shall have super bright LEDs so as to provide long visibilityfrom a distance of more than 800m.Its flashing rate shall not be less than 1Hz. It shouldbe able to give the prescribed performance in the performance in the temprature range of - 40°C to +55°C. Its life shall be not less than 3 years. The rate shall included all mateials, labour, equipments, fabrication, erection, transportation, installation and icidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class-150 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand )

Provinding and laying in position cement concrete of specific grade excluding the cost of centering and shutering - All work up to plinth 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (normal size)

Finishing with paint of divider & footpath in large area with one coat of ready mix primer paint & two coat of approved paint (British ANTISOL or equivalent) and also preparing base with approved quality cement base putty to give an even smooth surface including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work, paint to be used should confirm ISI No. 103-1950.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to the site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer , manufactured as per mix design of specific grade for reinforced cement concrete work , including pumping of R.M.C from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering , shuttering finishing and reinforcement , including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete , improve workability without imparing strength and durability as per direction of the Enginer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing M. S. tree guard 50 cm square in plan, height 1.40 metre above ground level and 0.50 metre below ground level. The vertical members shall consist of four nos of angle iron of size 25x25x5 mm 1.9 m long, one at each corner and 8 nos flat iron of size 25x5 mm 1.4 m long. The vertical members shall be welded to 4 nos 25x6 mm M. S. flats placed horizontally around the vertical member of the cage. One name plate of 1 mm thick M.S. sheet of size 250x100 mm shall be welded to the tree guard near the middle height and lettered CPWD / PWD/ any other approved name. The tree guard shall be fixed to the ground by making suitable holes and by embedding four corners leg in the ground, including refilling the earth , compaction etc. complete. The tree guard shall be painted with two coats of paint of approved brand and manufacture over a coat of primer, complete in all respect.
