Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings), 150 mm nominal size, with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings), 100 mm nominal size, with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches 150 mm nominal dia ductile iron pressure pipe for water mains, centrifugally cast, spigot and socket ends (for push on joints), class K7 in any length, conforming to IS 8329-2000, outside shall be zinc coated with finishing layer of black bitumen/blue epoxy coating duly ISI marked including Rubber gasket joints (push on joints) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches 100 mm nominal dia ductile iron pressure pipe for water mains, centrifugally cast, spigot and socket ends (for push on joints), class K7 in any length, conforming to IS 8329-2000, outside shall be zinc coated with finishing layer of black bitumen/blue epoxy coating duly ISI marked including Rubber gasket joints (push on joints) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & Lfor rising stem type CI sluice valves (ISI Marked) having double flanged SS spindle for connections of nominal pressure (PN 1.6) as per IS 14846: 2000 (Reaffirmed 2010) of preferred materials, nominal size 100 mm including nuts, bolts, packing sheets, a pair of rubber gasket ISI mark, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rising stem type CI sluice valves (ISI Marked)having double flanged SS spindle for connections of nominal pressure (PN 1.6) as per IS 14846: 2000 (Reaffirmed 2010) of preferred materials, nominal size 80 mm including nuts, bolts, packing sheets, a pair of rubber gasket ISI mark. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs butterfly valve (ISI Marked) cast iron double flanged, long type, lever operated, PN 1.6, class 300, nominal size 150 mm as per IS 13095: 1991 including necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L, flanged reflux valves (ISI Marked)of single door, swing check type (non return valves) of nominal pressure (PN 1.6) as per IS 5312 (Part 1): 2004, nominal size 100 mm including nuts, bolts, packing sheets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 3- layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes 160 mm dia outer dia ,SDR 7.4 (PN-16) pipes UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including fittings PP-R plain & brass threaded type polypropylene random laid in trenches/floor at places where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Making and connecting PP-R distribution branch with PP-R mains of sizes from 125 mm to 160 mm dia by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joints etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out sluice valves of size 150mm / 100 mm refacing, regrinding and refixing the same after rectification of defect as required for proper functioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for Repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle of any dia including taking apart and reassembling complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of filling gland packing to control water leakage in sluice valve and cetrifugal monoblock pumps of any capacity/type and testing complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for cleaning of valve pit chamber, sluice valve, pipes etc. of dia 150mm to 200mm including replacement of existing wornout/ defective gland packing, nut, bolt & washer etc. with new one to make the sluice valve leakage proof including marking of flow direction of inlet and outlet pipe with necessary colour coding including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of old steel surface valve pit cover complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of valve pit chamber, sluice valve, pipes etc. of dia 80mm to 100mm including replacement of existing wornout/ defective gland packing, nut, bolt & washer etc. with new one to make the sluice valve leakage proof including marking of flow direction of inlet and outlet pipe with necessary colour coding including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of old steel surface valve pit cover complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of the existing valve chamber & M & L for construction of new valve chamber of size 1500 mm X 1000 mm X 1000 mm including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC foundation M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in base concrete, brick work (one and half brick thick) in CM 1:6 with 20 mm thick cement plaster internally and externally in two coats of (12 mm and 8 mm) in cement mortar 1:4, 3 mm thick mild steel cover of structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 riveted with angle iron (50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm) frame of structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010, frame welded to base plate of size 150 mm X 12 mm and made of structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010, base plate fixed with 300 mm thick PCC coping in M15(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm mild steel washer, PCC benching 200 mm thick in M15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate with necessary, welding, riveting, bolting including painting exposed steel surfaces with two coats of bituminous paint and embedded surfaces of steel with two coats of tar, finishing exposed faces of concrete surfaces and plaster surfaces with three coats of white wash as per drawing No. TD/EM/6 sheet Nos 1/2 & 2/2 of HQ CE Shillong Zone complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying ductile iron fittings (ISI marked) as per IS 9523:2000 (reaffirmed 2005)) for spigot socketed pipes such as bends (any type radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.), tee pieces, single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot), collars, caps and plugs suitable for bore of pipe up to 150 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
