Clearing and Grubbing Road Land Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 201) Rate is Including 1.0% Cess.

Cold Milling Cold Milling of Bituminous Pavement surface upto the required depth by mechanical means using milling machine, without disturbing the under lying layers, to proper line and level, cleaning the surface properly after milling and removing the loose materials, stacking the milled materials for re-use, necessary guarding, barricading & lighting, including hire charges of machinery, cost of fuel and labour and other incidental charges all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. For depth upto 100mm Rate is Including 1.0% Cess.

Dismantling of Flexible Pavements Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately By Mechanical Means. Bituminous course Rate is Including 1.0% Cess.

Excavation in Soil by Manual Means Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 301). Rate is Including 1.0% Cess.

Supplying, spreading and compacting Sand to required thickness, in layers not exceeding 150 mm to proper gradient and camber, inundating each layer by water and packing and ramming layer by layer to achieve desired compaction, including lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary, curing with water as per direction, mending cracks and depressions by ramming wherever necessary. Rate is Including 1.0% Cess.

Granular Sub-Base with Graded Material 1A Plant Mix Method Construction of granular sub-base byproviding graded material such asnatural sand/crushed gravel/crushedstone/combination depending uponthe required grading spreading inuniform layers with motor grader onprepared surface, mixing byappropriate mechanical mixure (withcontrolled addition of water), and compacting with vibratory roller toachieve at least 98% of the maximumdry density for the materialdetermined as per IS:2720 (Part 8),complete as per clause 401 For grading-II Rate is Including 1.0% Cess.

Granular Sub-Base with Graded Material (Table:- 400-1) A) Plant Mix Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded materials such as natural sand/crushed gravel/crushed stone/combination depending upon the required grading , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve at least 98% of the maximum dry density for the material determined as per IS:2720 (Part 8), complete as per clause 401 desired density, complete as per clause 401 For grading-III Rate is Including 1.0% Cess.

Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate conforming to the grading of table 400- 13 revised vide table 2 of IRC : 109 (2015) to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density .The thickness of a single compacted layer shall not be less than 75 mm.(Reference to MoRT&H's specification 406. Rate is Including 1.0% Cess.
