Housekeeping of residential non-residential buildings in Power Colony GHTP Lehra Mohabat.

Part-A (Supply of Labour and Job Items)

Execution of the following works in power colony & office complex area i) Attending day to day complaints of Civil works of Resi. & Non-Resi. Buildings by repair of masonry/ concrete /plaster/wood works, complaints of W/ supply & S/system etc. in power colony. ii) Cleaning & sweeping of roads, paths & lawns once in two days. iii) Cleaning of drains as and when required. Note:-1. These works will be executed daily except on Sundays & National Holidays. However as per requirement labour can be deployed on holiday. 2. One no. supervisor shall be deployed by contractor at his own cost to supervise all the works.

a) Ist class mason =1 No.

b) Carpenter 2nd class = 2 Nos.

c) Pipe fitter/Plumber = 2 Nos.

d) Helper =3 Nos.

e) Sweepers =10 Nos.

f) Unskilled Worker/Mali =10Nos.

g) Skilled Mali = 1No.

Running of pumps at different locations such as T/W No.1&2 & Wet Well No.1&2, oxidation pond and storm water system etc.

a) Pump Operator (ITI or Matric with 5 years experience at GHTP = 3 Nos.(in shifts)

b) Helper = 5 Nos.(in shifts)

c) Skilled worker (Matric) = 2 Nos.

Attending day to day complaints of sewerage system such as opening of choked sewer, cleaning of man holes/ inspection chambers, providing assistance in maintenance of external water supply & Sewerage system a) Sewer men = 3 Nos.

Watch & ward of Officers Club, Community Centre, administrative block including care taking

a) Attendant cum Chowkidar = 3 No.

b) Care taker /cook- skilled worker = 1 No.

Cleaning & Sweeping of Office Complex (Office Blocks no. 2,3,5, Admn. Block, 11 K.V. & Market) with wet pocha on floors & cleaning of all toilets complete. (Note-The work will be done daily except Saturday/Sunday & National /Gazetted holidays) a) Part time sweeper = 6 nos. for 3 hrs.

Cleaning & sweeping of following non- resi buildings with wet pocha on floors & cleaning of all toilets complete. (Note-The work will be done daily except Sunday & National /Gazetted holidays)

For officers club & community centre:- a) Part time sweeper = 1 no. for 3 hrs.

For office blocks 1, 4 & Dispensary:- a) Part time sweeper = 2 nos. for 4 hrs.

Supply of 1st class painter for emergent works of white wash, painting etc. for residential & non-resi. buildings as per requirement.

Supply of two no. unskilled workers for segregation of solid waste and handling of composting units.

Installation of repaired submersible pump- motor set in Tube Well I &II & III including taking out the damaged pump-motor set with delivery pipes & reinstalling the repaired pump- motor set with delivery pipes including electric connections with material i.e. tape etc. complete in all respects.

Deployment of Tractor with Trolley of standard size (11'x6'x2.25' with back shutter/dalla) having hydraulic jack to unload material/garbage along with driver for disposal of garbage from Power Colony to Plant Area at suitable locations as directed by Er.in.charge. (All cost of driver, fuel and lubricants, repair/ mtc. complete will be borne by the contractor) Note:- 1. The tractor trolley for full day will be deployed after every Sunday & National holidays. 2. During full day minimum 4 trips & during half day 2 trips of tractor trolley will be made for lifting garbage etc., otherwise payment will be made proportional to no. of trips. 3. Number of full day trolley can increase as per actual requirement at site.

Cutting of steel drums 210 Ltr. capacity (to be used as dustbins) including welding of 2 Nos. Handles of 8mm dia steel rods including bitumastic paint at base up to 1’ (one feet) height etc. complete in all respects.

Deployment of shrub master for cutting excessive wild growth during rainy season as per requirement & as per instructions of Er. In charge.

Part-B (CSR Items)

Renewing of glass panes 4mm thick with putty & nails where ever necessary

Renewing of glass panes with wooden fillet where ever necessary

(a) Glass panes weighing 8.44 kg/m2

(b) Glass panes weighing 10.75 kg/m2

Painting new letter & figures on black synthetic enamel paint to give an even shade with ordinary quality paint.

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in foundation & plinth.

115 mm thick brick wall laid in CM 1:4 without reinforcement in foundation & plinth

12.5 mm thick cement plaster 1:4

20mm thick cement plaster 1:4 in two coats work

Reinforced cement concrete M-20 mechanically batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS : 1971 & vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centering and shuttering in superstructure.

D.P.C. 4 cm thick of cement concrete 1:2:4 with two coats of bitumen 20/30 penetration at 1.65kg/sqm laid hot and sanded.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone ballast or shingle mixing by manual means

Conglomerate floor 40mm thick cement concrete topping 1:2:4 using mechanical mixer for mixing of material.

Cold twisted deformed (ribbed or tor steel) bars Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-2008, for RCC works where not included in the complete rates of RCC work including bending binding & placing in position complete

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level.

Cement concrete 1:5:10 with brick ballast 40mm gauge mixing by manual means

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in foundation & plinth (Labour Rate only)
