Providing and fixing Permanently Static Dissipative pressed homogeneous vinyl flooring (EN 649) ,anti static, wear layer thickness is 2mm (EN428), PVC Vinyl flooring having Carbon backing a with total weight 3060 g/m2 (EN 430), XR PUR (polyurethane reinforced), Abrasion group P:≤4,0mm, residual indentation approx. 0,02 mm, castor wheel test qualified, dimensional stability ≤0.40%,static electrical charge < 2kv, good resistance of scratch, slip, chemical and fire, doesn’t Favor in growth of fungi. Electric resistance is as per EN 1081 and ESD approved. Restorable properties. Available in rolls. 100% recyclable. Low VOC emission after 28days of installation (lower than ≤100μg/m3). Non Directional in Design. The flooring should be laid on the .05 mm thick copper grid having grid of the size of 1mtr x 1 mtr.The grid is connected with earth point and shall be paid separately. Providing and laying minimum 5mm thick heavy duty self levelling epoxy based flooring suitable for clean room applications with surface preparation, priming, laying of screed and top coat all as per the manufacturer's specifications. The floor to provide a joint less and smooth flooring, dust free and having excellent chemical resistance to most chemicals, and should also provide a tough floor topping to withstand foot traffic etc. completed. A 37 screed installation - 25mm thickness Surface preparation:- Providing and cleaning all floor surface to make it free from dirt, dust, loose particles, wax, polish, efflorescence, laitance, curing compound and other contaminants by using wire brush, grinding all sharp edges to make it flush with the surface, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification. Note: All new substrate shall be allowed to cure and dry completely according to standard practice. The base should be hard & strong (minimum tensile strength of 1.5 N/Sqmm). The base should be free from random cracking and potholes. Flatness of the base should be checked for level to ensure that the specified thickness of treatment can be applied over the whole area. All the expansion & movement joints should be properly cut and maintained for terminations. The preferred method of surface preparation is by mechanical means. This product shall not be applied on the floors that are known to have rising moisture at the time application. All application shall be not carried out where temperature less than 10 Deg C or where the ambient relative humidity is greater than 85%.Bonding slurry:- Providing and applying primer by mixing P 51, water, A37 and sand (0-4mm) in ratio of 1:2:2:2, etc and complete as per manufacturer's specification. Note: The bonding slurry shall be prepared simultaneously while the screed mix is being ready. The screed shall be applied whilst the P 51 bonding slurry is wet. Any dried slurry is again recoated with P 51 slurry. Installation of screed:- Providing and installing screed by mixing 25 Kg of A 37, screed cement made up of high quality additives and superior polymer, to 125 Kg of screed sand with water by mechanical means, including installing level buttons, spreading the screed using straight edge, compacting at required thickness over the wet bonding slurry, continuing the day end joints or joints due to delay by applying bonding slurry, etc. and complete as per manufacturer's specification.
