M&L, water proofing treatment to old surface including removing of existing treatment and making good the surface for roof treatment by providing 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) with WPC finshed even smooth complete all as direcred and after that roof treatment to be carried out as follows:- (a) 1st coarse : one coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr / Sqm.(b) 2nd coarse : One coat of bonding material using blown type bituman confirming to IS - 702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (c) 3rd Coarse : A layer of non-woven centre core of 100 micron HMH DPE, outer film 20 micron each thickness 3.00 mm having weight not less than 3.00 Kg/ Sqm.(d) 4th coarse : a coat of aluminum bitumen paint over APP modified Polymeric membrane, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, in repair, precast cement concrete tiles of size 250mm x 250mm x 22mm as in roof top ,confirming to IS-1237-1980 laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut & plished between tiles 2 to 3 mm will be filled with cement mortar (1:2) by mixing of chemical or equilant approved by the GE etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L water proofing treatment to roof slab and vertical surface with APP modified membrane weight not less than 3.00 Kg / Sqm and thickness of membrane not less than 3 mm renforcement with polyster non wooven fabric ( wt not less than 150 gm / Sqm ) water absorbtion not more than 1% on mass within 24 Hrs and water tightness / impermeability at 2 Kgf / cm2 laid on primed surface with torch application method as per manufacturer instruction , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - charge with following description :- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 - 1965 @ 0.30 Kg / Sqm. (b) Laying of APP modified membrane with 100 mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 100 mm in transverse direction all joints and changes in all directions should be curved with cement mortar (1:3)mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane . (c ) Thermal insulation with mineral / gravel finish of upper side of membrane uniformly embedded during manufacturing process.
