Restoration/ upg of road at Khalil Abad Colony at Goripora Srinagar

Taking out of GEOTAGGED photographs of size 150mm x 100mm at site before execution of work, during execution and after completion of work including submitting the same to the engineer incharge.

Surface dressing of ground including removing vegetation and inequalities, not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of the rubbish beyond SMC limits in all kinds of soils including all its leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head load (if any) costs & carriages etc., complete.

Supply/ stacking and laying of WBM Grade 2 with specified graded stone aggregate 63mm to 45mm size broken quarry stone @ 0.91 cum to 1.07 cum per 10 sqm of road surface and using of screening 13.2mm size @ 0..12 cum to .15 cum per 10sqm and binding material @ 0.06cum to 0.09 cum per 10sqm of road surface incl sorting , spreading to template , watering and consolidation to required gradient and camber with 80 to 100 KN Road roller all inclusive leads ,lifts , loading , unloading , head load if any and carraige of materials from nearest approved source to site of work complete ( to be laid as per the guidelines of MOST Specifications). Finished work to be measured and paid.

Providing, Laying, Spreading & Compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to 0.075mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specifications including mixing the material with water at OMC mechanical mixer plant carriage of mixed material by Tipper at site with all leads and lifts laying in uniform layers in sub base/ base course on a well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification of clause 406.(75mm thick compacted).

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of VG 10 grade including heating the bitumen and spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface to remove all dirt, dust, mud etc and finally brooming the surface as per required specification. (Including cost & carriage of all materials involved upto site of work complete).

On WBM surface using tar @0.75kg/sqm.

On BT surface using tar @0.5 kg/sqm.

Providing/ laying 50mm thick compacted bituminousmacadam base course with stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as per specified in most specification and straight run bitumen of VG 10 @ 3.3% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggrt. and bitumen in hot mix plant transporting and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade. rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity to achieve the required compaction and density (including cost & carriage of all materials involved upto site of work complete).

Providing/ laying 25mm thick semidense Bituminous concrete using material agg. satisfying the gradation set out in most specification with 5% binder content (by way of total mix) bitumen VG 10 @2.88 kgs/ sqm with the aid of hot mix plant and paver finisher including rolling with 8 to 10 ton capacity road roller to achieve the required compaction and density with 8/100 including rolling and finishing complete including cost and carriage of material involved.

Providing/ laying 6mm thick seal coat premix fine agg. (Passing 2.36mm and retained on 180 micronsieve) with bitumen 128 kg of grade 80/100 bitumen per cum of fine agg. (0.768kg of bitumen per sqm) and 0.60 cum of fine agg. per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing complete as per most specification (including cost and carriage of all materials involved upto the site of work)
