Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item -A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 m including all lifts,levelling,ramming the foundation trenches,removing roots of trees,shrubs all complete as per approved design,building specification and direction of E/I+Extra for earthworkin hard soil as per specification and direction of E/I.(vide classification of soil item-B)

providing coarse clean sandin filling in foundation trenches or in plinthincluding ramming and watering in layers not exceeding150 mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all materials , labour , rayality and taxes all complete as per building specification anddirection of e/i

Providing designation 75B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in Substructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etc.and removalofform for: Foundations,footings,basesofcolumns,etc.formassconcrete

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Supplying, fitting, and fixing M.S. Grill Gate made of 20X6mm M.S. Flate as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth, carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/I. (where materials is not supplied by the deptt.)

Providing two coat of painting with ready mixed paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface throughly , scaffolding and taxes all after removing dirt including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
