Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for :Foundation, Footing bases of column etc. and mass concrete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for :Lintel, Beams, girder, bressumers and cantilevers etc

Reinforcement cement concrete work in columns, pillars, piers, abutments, post and struts etc up to floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but exluding cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement in Column. (i) 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in lintels, beams and bresumers up to floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement In Beam - (i)1 : 1.5 :3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc complete (welding to be paid separately).

Providing aluminium troughed G.I.sheet roofing fixed with J hooks, bolts & nuts with bitumen( the j hook, nut ad bolt are as per IS-733 of 1983) and limpet washers filled with white lead complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses. a) 0.65 mm thick GI sheet

Providing and fixing Durashine Zinc-Aluminium alloy coated (TATA Bluescope building product) sheet ridge with necessary fasteners and lapping method as described by the manufacturer inclusive of cutting hoisting and fixing complete, excluding the cost of purlins, rafter and trusses.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering (one or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and pf required shade old work (one)or more coats) to given an even shade.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufactured and of required shade on old work (one )or more coats) to given an even shade.

Painting (one or More coats) with superior ready mixed paint for wood work of approved brand and manufactured in all shade on old work to given an even shade.

Cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1cement : 4 sand)

Earth work in excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in all kind of soil (excluding soil containing 50% or more of shingles of small size boulder up to 30 cm size saturated soil and rock) lift up to 1.5m and staking the excavated soil not more than 3m clear from the edge of the excavation and returning the excavated soil in 15 cm layers when required to the plinth side of foundation etc consolidating the each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then depositing of all surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50m

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3course sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of centering and shuttering in (a) Foundation, Plinth

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for (a) Foundation, Plinth
