Short term maintenance under OR (DPP) works over the damage surface in stretches between Km 309.100 to Km 374.000 on NH - 14

Road Property Maintenance (Bill No. 1) Removal of rank vegetation/weeds and undesirable vegetation from shoulders, embankment slopes upto ROW (both sides) complete in all respects including breaking of clods, rough dressing and disposal of waste material and vegetation at a place outside ROW as per direction of Engineer- ln-Charge and as per Maintenance Standards Clause 3.3 (Frequency will be once in a quarted) for Shoulders including side slopes of embankment upto toe line on both sides of the carriageway. (Frequency of cleaninq will be four times in a year; however limited to only areas prone to growth of rank/ undesirable veqetation and weeds)

Cold Milling of Bituminous Pavement surface upto the required depth by mechanical means using milling machine, without disturbing the under lying layers, to proper line and level, cleaning the surface properly after milling and removing the loose materials, stacking the milled materials for re-use, necessary guarding, barricading & lighting, including hire charges of machinery, cost of fuel and labour and other incidental charges all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) For depth upto 100mm.

Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate conforming to the grading of table 400- 13 revised vide table 2 of IRC : 109 (2015) to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density .The thickness of a single compacted layer shall not be less than 75 mm. (Reference to MoRT&H's specification 406.

Providing and applying prime coat with Cationic bitumen emulsion (SS1) complying with IS:8887 using emulsion pressure distributoron the prepared bituminous/granular/cement concrete pavement surface cleaned with mechanical broom and high pressure air jet (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 503). i) On bituminous surface @ 0.70kg-1.0 kg /sqm. Prime Coat on WMM Surface by SS1 Cationic emulsion @ 0.85kg/sqm

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of approved grade @ 4.0% (min) for Grading-1 and 4.5% (min) for Grading-2 by weight of total mix and filler (Cement /hydrated lime /Rockdust)as per table 500-10 and mix design done as per table 500-1 1 and job mix formula as per clause 505.3.3 transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory tandem roller and with pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight with a pressure at least 0.56MPa as directed by E-I-C, and to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No.505.3.5 complete in all respects(Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 505). (ii) For Grading 2 (26.5 mm nominal maximum aggregate size ) Layer Thickness 50-75mm

Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic bitumen emulsion (RS1) complying with IS:8887 using emulsion pressure distributoron the prepared bituminous/granular/cement concrete pavement surface cleaned with mechanical broom and high pressure air jet (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 503). i) On bituminous surface @ 0.20kg-0.3 kg /sqm. Tack Coat on bituminous surface using RS1 Cationic emulsion @ 0.250kg /sqm.

Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of approved grade@ 5.2% (min) for Gr.-1 & @ 5.4% (min) for Gr.-2 , as per table 500-17, and mix design done as per table 500-10 and job mix formula as per cl. 505.3.3 and filler(Cement /hydrated lime / Rock dust ), transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory tandem roller and with pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight with a pressure at least 0.56 MPa as directed by E-I-C to achieve the desired compaction as per clause no 507.3.5 complete in all respects ref. to MORTH specification clause No.507. for Grading-2 (13.2 mm nominal maximum aggregate size), Layer thickness: 30 mm

Pavement Repairs (Bill No. 3) Providing treatment and repair to pot holes/ruts of any depth/patch repair of all types of bitumen pavement complete as per Technical Specification Clause 3004.2, and as per direction of Engineer by using paving grade bitumen/emulsion/cold ready mix material. The job includes removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per Clause no. 503, back filling the patch with bituminous material as per Clause no. 509. Compacting trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface all as per Clause no. 3004.2 of Technical Specifications.
