Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. Note: All debris obtained from demolition shall be removed 1.5km to 2km complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonary,built in cement mortar incl all quoins , pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour RCC nominal mix Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate. for Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour RCC nominal mix Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate.for slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floor, roof, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slab and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar works exceeding 200 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in pillars,steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Material & Labour mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement to columns and line bars to hold/support the chain link fencing secured hodizontally, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for Chain link fencing confirming to Fe 410-w (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.
