PART-A (FOUNDATION WORKS)

Survey including prepartion of schedule of material, making of locations (route length), GPS, Survey of line with co-ordinates of each tower (The length of line shall be authenticated by GPS Survey)

Soil Investigation Test (All kind of soil)

Excavation of foundation excluding back filling & leveling

Stub setting-

Stub setting DA type tower

Stub setting DB type tower

Stub setting DC type tower

Installation of steel reinforcement of concrete foundation including cost of steel bars, cuitting, bending & placing etc.

Concreting of foundaation including cost of arrangement of form boxes, shoring, shuttering & back filling, curing including the cost of cement, sand & stone ballast etc.

PART-B (ERECTION WORKS)

Transportation of all material from various stores under ETD-Raebareli to site

Erection of towers including proper tightening, fixing of number plates, phase plate & danger plates, bird guard etc.

Tack welding of bolts & nuts upto 2nd section

Earthing of tower with pipe type earthing

Laying, stringing, tensioning clamping, jointing etc of ACSR 'Panther' conductor including hoisting of insulator, fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. Fitting Armour rods, vibraton dampers etc on all six phases of 132 KV DC lines.

PART-C (DISMANTLING WORKS)

Anchoring of section towers by providing stay on cross arms of section towers before removal of old conductors including suitable fixing of stay rod my making CC foundations and removal there of after completion of work (01 Job per Arms)

Construction of scaffolding of sufficient height on both side of H.T/L.T line for providing sufficient clearance to conductors during stringing & de-stringing of ACSR panther conductor as per requirement

De-stringing of all 3 phase existing ACSR panther conductor all hardware fiting and conductor accessories e.g. Armour rod, vibration dampers, insulator strings etc of existing line and re-rolling of dismantled conductor are empty drum for re-use safety transportation of all removed material to UPPTCL store. (5.050X2=10.1KM)

Cutting of tag welding nut & bolt

Dismantling of old tower and proper stacking at site for shiffting the material from site to UPPTCL store including labour and T&P

Transportation of balance material including conductor from site to store at 220/132 KV S/S Bachhrawan, raebareli along with loading, unloading, stacking.

Construction of temporary site store, round the clock Watch & Ward of Dismantled tower, supplied materials at site store.
