Supply, Installation, testing and commisioning of white 70Watt LED Lowbay lumunaire IP66 or above, with LED driver & hanging supports etc. as per specification as required. ( Make - Crompton, Model :- LWV12-70-CDL or equivalent).

SITC of Golden Design Crystal Chandelier, made of Glass & Metal having height at least 136 cm Diameter 80 cm. with 16 nos. E14 type 6.5 watt 450 lumen LED white & colour ambience bulb with 1no. Bridge for wirelss connection (make - Signify Hue White & Colour Ambience light) as required. Chandelier Make - Jhoomarwala, model : RL-CRY-C-20065-800 or equivalent.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes (The design for the Hanging structure to be made. The structure to be installed on existing steel portal of rectangular section. Shop drawing with details of mounting structure shall be vetted from IIT/NIT/Govt. Engg. College and submitted for approval by EIC before installation)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed GI conduit as required.

2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire

2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing 5 amps. to 32 amps. rating, 240 volts, `C' series, 10KA breaking capacity single pole miniature circuit breaker in the existing MCB DB / Box/ Panel Board etc. complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and installing following size of GI hot dip perforated cable tray with cover including horizontal and vertical bends,reducers,tees,cross members and other accessories as required and all support items with GI / MS suspenders/supports etc. as required. 300 mm width x 50mm depth x 2 mm thickness.

SITC of cool white LED Rope light for outdoor with Transparent Silicon coating having at lease 400 Lumen/mtr. and IP65 with required Driver/Adopter, End cap etc. ( Each Rope roll shall be at least 20 mtr. long.) This LED rope will be fixed on Street light poles. Make - Signify, Model - Marathon or equivalent.

Providng structural design & drawing of complete supporting structure for hanging Structure to mount Electrical Fittings & Fixtures to be supported on portal frames of NITB using conceptual architectural drawings. The design shall ensure the stability of the entire structure and be done by reputed structural consultant as approved by Engineer In Charge (This consultancy covers item No. 3 & 4 of SOQ). The conceptual drawings is for reference only and the any suggestion required for alteration/modification to the existing structure, to ensure the structural stability is deemed to be included in the scope of structural design and nothing extra shall be payable in this regard. The structural design and drawings shall be vetted by NIT or Govt. Engg College of repute as approved by engineer-in-charge. The design and drawing so submitted and vetted shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge before execution of work for his approval within 30 days from the date of issue of work order. After approval of structural design and drawing by AAI, consultant has to submit 3(three) sets of detailed working drawings showing complete details including various joints,connection of hanging structure to portal frames and shop drawings of Steel Structure etc, complete. Consultant shall also submit any other details required relevant to the scope and completion of work.
