Refractory casting and patch up for Unit-2 Bottom Ash Hopper during annual overhauling at BTPS

The bidder as a prime contractor should have satisfactorily executed and completed at least one work of Refractory casting and patch up for Bottom Ash Hopper in any thermal power stations of 210 MW and above.

The bidder should have executed the work in a single work order of value not less than Rs.1.50 Lakhs in any one year of the preceding FIVE years.

The bidder in his name should have average annual financial turnover of not less than Rs.3.93 lakhs or more achieved in any two years of the preceding FIVE financial years. The bidder should upload the scanned copy of audited turn over certificate including profit and loss account for preceding five completed financial years countersigned by charted accountant as documentary evidence.

REGISTRATION OF - FIRM/COMPANY, PF, GST, PAN

The intending bidder shall not have been subject to forfeiture of EMD/foreclosure/termination of their contract in KPCL/government or any other utility and have not been blacklisted for participation in tender issued by KPCL or government or any other utility in India during the past 10 years.(Annexure-IV)

Declaration by the bidder that he has studied the site conditions, labor conditions and read bid documents and related matters carefully and diligently and that he has submitted the bid having studied understood and accepted the full implications of the agreement.(Annexure-V)

Declaration by the bidder that he has quoted the prices exclusive GST.(Annexure-VI)

The bidder shall sign and upload scanned copy of the Form of Bid (ANNEXURE-I) as per format enclosed
