Sch A Part-I Fire Alarm System

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of active repeater panel including network card,battery and other connected accessories to be integrated with addressable fire alarm control panels and show status of any fire /fault of integrated fire alarm panles and activate fire alarm sounder/sierens complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and testing in repair of Fire alarm control panel with network card complying with BSEN 54 Single loop panel of capacity from 99 detectors & 99 modules upto 200 detector and modules including battery and other accessories, complete with networking of panels complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs Detectors Complying with and type certified to EN-45 Addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination as per IS: 11360 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair Addressable type heat detector with base with rate of rise cum fixed temperature as per IS: 2175 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Addressable manual call point resettable type complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs Addressable electronic sounder cum strobe acomplete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs short circuit isolators modules complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour Remote response indicators all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note for item nos 1 to 8 :- (i) The existing make of fire alarm panel at site is of M/S Notifier. All the items required for the work shall be of Notifier make or compatible makes suitable for the existing fire alarm of Notifier make. (ii) The system shall be highly reliable and lowest posssible false alarm probability. (iii) The system shall be fail-proof against malfunctioning due to power supply fluctuations, radiated and conducted EMI, vibrations and variations of temperature and humidity encountered in typical industrial plant. (iv) The system shall be capable of continous, round the clock operation.

Material and labour of 2 Core 1.5 Sq mm multistranded copper armoured cable including taking down old cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Fire Alarm Sounders / Sirens Electronic type horizontal two stage continous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 DB to 120 DB measured at 1.5 Mtr with sound output variation of +5 DB 3500 mtrs range complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair addressable control module complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 meter below ground level connected to but using GI strip 25x4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers check nuts of steel GI welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil, GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to an including the earth test point of GI/steel of size 75x75x25 mm, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt , PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) chamber and 40 x 40 x 3mm mild steel angle iron frame and RCC cover 40mm thick 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) , reinforced with 6mm dia bars at 75 mm C/C both ways with 12 mm dia round bar MS handle PGI funnel and wire mesh 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for for watering all as shown in plate No.3 of SSR Part-1 2009,and connected to earth test point including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Sch A Part-II OFC CABLE LAYING

Material and labour for Excavation in trench not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5m for laying of OFC under ground cables/GI pipes getting out as in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Returing & filling in trench spreading ,leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm deep as in deep as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtrs and deposting where directed at a leve n.exc 1.5 mtrs above starting point as in soil complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing, 'light grade' of size 25 mm ,with all fittings as in cable protection, laid in trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying of 6 Core Outdoor Optic fiber Cable, multi band including splicing of OFC cable and other accessories, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc complete all as specified and directed.
