Turbine Lub Oil Cooler - Attending Tube Puncture Dismantling of top water box, cleaning of all tubes, lifting & hydraulic testing of tube nest, plugging of punctured tubes, cleaning of top and bottom water box, cleaning of all flange seating areas, providing new oil and water gaskets, assembling and tightening of all parts.
Draining of oil from TLOC, shifting oil barrels, top up oil to MOT through centrifuge etc.
Seal Oil Cooler - Attending Tube Puncture Draining of oil from SOC, shifting oil barrels, after attending hydraulic testing of tube nest top up oil to MOT through centrifuge etc.
Attending tube puncture in Seal oil coolers: Dismantling of top water box, brush cleaning of all tubes, hydraulic testing of tube nest, plugging of punctured tubes, cleaning of top and bottom water box, cleaning of all flange seating areas, providing new oil and water gaskets, assembling and tightening of all parts and charging of oil & water side etc.
Inspection and cleaning of ESV/IV Pilot valve includes checking the necessary clearances in the pilots with liners and assembling with renewal of worn-out spares.
Flushing of ESV/IV cooling water hoses and checking leakages if any.
Renewal of LPT diaphragm. Removal of old gasket, cutting new gasket to the existing contour and renewing the new gasket and complete tightening of outer rings.
Inspection of coupling, Bearing and mechanical seal in AC lub Oil/ DC/ AC/DC seal oil pumps. Dismantling of bearing and mechanical seal assembly and renewal if required and assembling.
Renewal of Serrated Gasket in HP/IP Transfer Pipe: a). Cutting & Removal of spindle leak off lines, dismantling of flange joint of steam transfer pipe to HP/ IP top control valve , removal of old gasket, providing of gasket, tightening of the flange joint, welding of spindle leak off lines.
